X5SA-500-2E have double-injection and one-out nozzle design. Two filaments, two extruders, one nozzle.

Also, I wish this video had been up sooner. The instructions on the thumb drive and the ones downloaded from your website are vastly different from this. On the thumb drive instructions, the z motors are swapped, and the orientation of the 2 bottom side rails are flipped over. Other than my ribbon cable being shorter, the only variation is the frame mount for the bed electrical. My plastic wire way came with an acrylic mounting plate that had to be removed first as the nuts that held it on kept it from sitting flush on the rail.

Anyone elses cable chain sag onto the belts? Anyone make any fixes for this?

I will be very interested to know how you set/adjust the frames in order to have a true cube.
I have the same in 400 and I spent 2 hours only on the 6 first profiles to have a perfect diagonal.

I am having trouble adjusting the belts to make the X axis parallel. The left side when facing the hotend is further back than the right side. How do I adjust the belts

@@Tronxy3DPrinter Yes, I was watching this video when setting it up. it shows setting it up and I did it as shown but how is it adjusted to accommodate the shifting of the X axis?

How long is that ribbon cable? My new x5sa-500-2e that arrived last week came with a ribbon cable so short that unless I run it straight thru the machine, it won't reach. Also the routing of the cable to outside the frame runs dangerously close to the z axis limit on that corner of the bed.

i ordered this model in last september and now im looking at that video i see more parts missings than those i alreaady found and waited so long to get to find out that im not even sur thhey sent me the right printer, im asking for a refound or that they send me what i payed for cuz on mine i dont event have that zsop so everytime it tries to home it rush into the nozzle lookink for a zstop to hit so after 6months of waiting i still cant use my money. i told them about that ecable way tooooooooooooo shoort , men what a mess it have been to make them uderstand and even with pics and videoos they were like unabkle to understand a word so they said theyll send me a 3m cable,, They said i was vip when i bought the printer and now they dont answer me when they know its me talking
the last missing parts were sent on dec 29 received march 2 great!!!
