I just come back from the workout. I had a good session with my pullup & dip bar. So convenient to use wherever and whenever I want to train. Very good product.
Between 4:09 and 4:16 we actually did; we sped it up though, so maybe you can play it at x0,25 speed? Also after that we unpacked the bag, so basically you’d do that in reverse! Hope that already helps and maybe we’ll creat a short about it soon😯 thanks for the comment and have a nice day!
