It’s not too high for climbing holds, but in our case the hangboard can’t be used to its full potential. With a lower ceiling this problem would be eliminated. When it comes to pull ups, it’s just not designed for that. It’s more for hanging stuff for grip training, but for us… we would also go for the M, L or XL module. It can be customized to your needs though, so it depends on your personal wishes.😮

Yes indeed it definitely differs per room and your specific needs. An aerobic step is surely a good option!👏

Recommended ceiling height for this model is 2,0 - 3,0 m (6,5 - 10 ft)

@@CalisthenicsWorldwide A couple of reasons actually :D 1; Swag, if you do not like your own equipment aesthetically you are not going to use it, or you are not going to use it gladly. If you use something every day, get a version that actually is to your liking. 2; Durability, most tried and tested and oldest version out of pretty much all the belts you guys showcased (as far as I know). I have never heared of anyone that had to replace their rogue belt due to belt itself coming apart. 3; I love the thick metal parts it comes with. It feels like you got something quality. 4; I like bright colors, they look good on me. These are my reasons :) Thank you for asking!

With these kinds of bars that's usually the case. That's why we recommend to bend your knees when doing that specific exercise or doing it with a neutral grip holding both of the bars instead of just one. We hope this helps:)
