Webweaver Bow Artio w/ Vengeance/Thralls (easiest method w/ example kills)(DPS calcs/comments)(OSRS)

- Today I tested out the new Webweaver Bow at Artio. This was the Callisto boss rework that just got released into the game yesterday. I got pk'd at the end of this trip and found it quite hard to find an open world and when I did some people would crash and take kills. This led to my best example trip to be a 5 kill total which is very similar to my Osmumten's fang Callisto video.
Overall I do not know the mechanics very well for this boss although it does have a melee, range, and mage attack. for accounts looking for a chill way to kill this boss I found using the suicide method in the boss lair to get some food outside of the cave(stays there for an hour) then face tanking with venge/thralls/protect melee to be the easiest method.
I put some dps calcs in my pinned comment below. I found it really interesting how ranged dps was BIS while melee had less in comparison. At callisto it was the opposite where melee had the best dps and ranged had a lot lower.

(copied some bis items from the callisto list pre rework. If there's gear examples someone would like me to add feel free to comment and i'll add below. Not too sure if many other weapons are used so only made a small list
IMPORTANT for thralls. Use ranged/melee thralls rather than mage in the example video. Mage thralls do not do any damage on the boss. I forgot about this mechanic for this boss and used the wrong set of thralls the whole video.
Found it very interesting how range is bis at the boss compared to melee. At callisto this was the opposite where melee is bis but ranged has less dps.

Does the thrall offer some other bonuses? It didn't do any damage to the boss on that kill. I haven't played in years but I still consume the media to keep addiction in check.
I used the wrong thralls in this video Callisto and Artio are immune to the mage thralls. I did summon the ranged thralls which did do damage on the boss on my last kill where someone tried to pk me.
Thralls overall increase dps by about .6-.7 so it’s a pretty nice boost using the ranged/melee summons

Considering the constant damage you're taking from the boss, would the sufferings recoil dmg provide more DPS than the archers ring?
I was wondering the same thing. I’d be willing to bet the imbued suffering would be worth it,
I doubt the -8 range bonus would a make a difference at all especially when using bis range gear like he is
Would be worth it to bring chaos tally in case you end up getting caught by a decent pker. Cool method as always

About 150m I don’t mind dying with risk though. Any loss could be rebuilt from TOA pretty quickly

what happened to Callisto?? did they reset everyones kc????
Callisto is still in it's original location but in a cave in high level wilderness. Artio is in level 21 wilderness easier to kill with a reduced droprate table. Not too sure which is the better boss to farm but artio is a lot more relaxed compared to callisto not including pkers
