K'ril Tsutsaroth(Zammy) w/ Emberlight (New bis?)(Mobile trip example)

Today I tested out one of the new weapons from the new quest from guthix sleeps. The emberlight is made by combining a fully charged arclight with a tormented synapse from tormented demons. It has 32 extra slash and 5 str over the arclight.(on calcs the arclight is about 10% less dps than the Tumeken’s shadow with full melee)
Overall pretty relaxed trips on mobile compared to fang(have 1 tick to stand under boss since it is 5 tick compared to arclight emberlight 4 tick)
I might make some dps calcs at this boss this weekend with a longer trip on pc(I was way too tired to do a longer trip so made a mobile example showcasing that trips are pretty nice with fast kills) along with sire/duke/cerberus(I do think emberlight might only be bis at k’ril though looking at arclight calcs pre release but not sure)

The Scorching Bow is better than Tbow and it’s 4 tick so you can do the door altar method, I’d say that’s the new best method when it comes to long trips, emberbane might be better raw dps though

dont even need to do door method now if you have light bearer ring. You just stand far from Kril and spec him with scorching bow to bind. Ive been able to kill Kril with one bind spec a decent amount of times just by standing in a corner far from kril with max range. This means you can replace stamina pots for even longer trips now

5:0 With shadow is best in slot method. Scorching bow is slightly worse than Shadow method. And Scorching bow better than Tbow.

What about the new bow? It looks like Krill could become a somewhat AFK slayer task with it. Should be able to maintain 100% spec each starting kill with death charge and lightbearer.

The new bow looks really good I think you could possibly get trips until your prayer potions run out. I’ll probably go for a really long trip with it to see how well it does

@@momoflipMwvids did a full 50 boss task this morning and coulda kept going if i had brought more than 3 bastions. the bow is op there.

If you use the bow would you swap to the tbow after the bind? Or stay on the demon bow?

I’m not seeing any info on bow vs tbow except some comments on other videos saying tbow is better while others saying the scorching bow is really good at this boss. No calcs also but could possibly enter it into a formula to compare
Tbow is about a 25 second kill average on task so would take about 2 binds. Could probably test and see how your kills compare

@@momoflipMwvids scorching bow is now BIS range over tbow at Kril. DPS calculator also puts scorching bow at slightly higher dps than tbow

bow is bis with light bearer. You'll never get it and on task it shreds.

Just did the calc, its very close. Emberlight, tbow, shadow, and scorching bow are all extremely close (within .5 dps of each other) with shadow being bis very slightly. Scorching bow is the best comfort option imo

@@Cielinky It's 4 tick so you're losing a bunch of ticks, it's probably BIS on enrage though
