I love learning these new stitches, but I have a problem translating them into actual items. Scarves, shawls and lapghans/blankets in particular. I just don't have that "designer" brain that says "oh, look, that would make a great shawl"! I need more direction than just how to knit the stitches! 🤣😭

Yes, I think this is a good choice for you. In some ways it’s easier than the Garter stitch because the slips allow l as hand movement. 💖
