    The explanation is not stereotypical like in other sources it is not focused on personality traits that can be mutable and that is really appreciatable keep going!

    "sometimes leads to unexpectedly feeling bad about their actions after they've already performed it". INTJs being cute like that. Calypso this video is one of your better ones it is!

    This was nice...I hope you feel better! You’re totally right INTJs have a vision and if a person doesn’t ‘fit’ it’s hard for me to work them into my overall plan.
    Now, as an INTJ gets more mature we learn not to write people off just because they don’t ‘fit’ a projected pathway we have outlined. People are unpredictable and while it is HARD for us to put ourselves out there (that Fi runs deep and is fragile AF) we learn the ONLY way to develop meaningful relationships is to do exactly that...Get Out There.
    Now, this isn’t to say people don’t prove us right at how much of a douche bag humans really are but we must at least *TRY* to engage the world 🌎 around us or we will end up miserly and trapped in our own minds.
    Never have I realized this more than being home (by myself) all the time during this pandemic. While we do like being alone, the realization of *loneliness* has hit harder than I ever imagined.
    This situation has made me decide to commit to getting out there and actively dating because I realize now that companionship is not a weird thing others need but that we ALL (including & especially INTJs) want to have deeper connections in this messed up world.

    Hey Calypso, first time commenting on your channel but long time subscriber / video-watcher. Love you and your work, please keep it up! Ive learned so much from you 😊 Just wanted to ask if you're okay, I couldn't help but feel that you seemed pretty emotional/sad when you were expressing your personal opinion on INTJs and mentioning Alex, understandably 😔 I hope youre on the path to healing well

    With Ni-Te, we see the world in a mechanical way. I think this is what gives the stereotype of being robotic and cold comes from, outside of Fe blind spot. We're natural problem solvers. When presented with an issue, we try to find the most efficient way to fix it. We value productivity outside of efficiency. We like feedback, constructive criticism and overall the opinions of others. Also, reputation, achievements and accolades. We're subjected to falling into "group think". We're not gullible per se but if the facts and data support it then we can be swayed by others whether it be politically, ideologically, etc. We're constantly skeptical of everything and together with anxiety, can lead us to become paranoid ie trust issues, partner cheating, etc. Unless we trust you, we don't really like to vent about our feelings to anyone. They're not easy to deal with in most cases. We may just sweep our feelings under the rug so that we don't have to deal with them.

    I don't think those eye movements are normal for any type though. The strain is causing discomfort in your eye blood vessels and might cause some serious issue in future.

    I usually dont ask for help because I know people don’t care. As in people don’t put in enough effort on their own cares and problems so why waste my time asking help from that person who may also just spread rumors and twist words about my struggles.

    Hello! I have been watching HOURS of videos on types and I have just now discovered you. I have a question for you (because possibly you will end up answering me where in others’ videos my comments get lost in a massive sea of 1000s of others). I have been typing as an Intj-T (16 personalities) and again in a couple of less thorough tests. One showed me as equally liable to be Infj. THEN, I hop on to CS Joseph’s own version of the test, and 2x (out of 3 I did) and get Infp. That’s a whole new ball game. I am super confused on how these results are so different. Do you have any experience and/or insights into this contradiction I seem to have bumped into?

    • @rashisrivastava7687
      @rashisrivastava7687 2 роки тому +2

      sooo.... the 16 personality test doesn't really use cognitive functions and rather relies on the OCEAN test. U need to introspect and understand ur cognitive functions. Maybe like make up situations and analyse how u'd prefer to read to it (for judging functions) and what that situation mostly contains of. U. can also think abut what u''d be bad at (like being in the moment for infjs)

    • @scratchoriginalsdh
      @scratchoriginalsdh 2 роки тому +1

      @@rashisrivastava7687 it’s interesting reading this back nearly a year later, but you may be interested to know that after much of the internal searching (like such that you have mentioned), I became aware (and settled on) the fact that I am categorically an INTP. Many of my tendencies and responses align with the INTJ, but there are enough stark contrasts to convince me. We definitely have to watch out for misleading stereotypes and how they influence our self-reflection!!
