Whenever you ask my classmates what they are doing to revise and improve they won't tell a thing or will brush it off as "you know, I just read and stuff" no one is really willing to share knowlage or have anyone being better than them

Espiecally since medicine is more clinical rather than essay based so its sooo difficult to consistently do a skill that isn’t very reinforced in the rest of your degree😅

I though that there was a requirement to get a bachelors degree at a university prior to taking the MCAT/UCAT and applying to medical school? Am I missing something here??
@@GVWOLF11 only American medical school requires you to have a college degree. Countries like the UK, Australia, China will let you into med school after high school. Their med school is longer tho, usually 6 years (5 for china) compared to the 4 years in American med schools.
Such a good suggestion! Personally I understand why its controversial etcetc. But it may also open more opportunities for more people to be able to study medicine so why not!🙌🏽

Conventional medicine is horrible. I think those wanting to go into medicine should bring innovation and challenge the medical system. Our medical system needs repair and a new model or to be completely deconstructed and rebuilt. I think medical students should question the system of their schooling and what they are being taught. You really have to have compassion to be a good doctor. Diseases have a root cause, be a doctor who is curious and not a doctor who treats symptoms. Don’t be brainwashed by your medical schooling. The medical system wants blind followers who don’t question much and do what they are told. Please don’t be a sheeple doctor. A lot of doctors who do speak out on our inadequate medical system are made to look like they are the ones “loosing” it but in fact they are the ones with real solutions. For Profit Health organizations are madly deceitful. Either doctors know this and don’t care or they are under the spell of the system and lack the ability to question things and think for themselves.

One NEET exam (tough nut to crack) and it's scores are accepted by all Medical Colleges.
same in turkey but i think it would be better for our versatile development if they looked for other qualifications like they do in usa and uk etc.
