The original movie actually ended with them leaving the island and traveling the seas so it’s kinda backtracking a tiny bit, though we didn’t see her convincing them do so onscreen so it’ll fill in some gaps.

🤣 ...as always I have to criticize Disney, because in US in Italy, they keep changing the title to "Oceania"... because MOANA was a well-known XXX actress (also internationally) of the 80s... with the access to the web that exists today, sooner or later they will stumble upon it... especially boys. Changing the title (I can understand some "cultural details" as they often do) to the WORK (and sacrifice) of so many artists I always find disgusting...
