I am so proud of what I achieved in 2021. I have been hitting the gym religiously since March 2021. I have been following a ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting since June 2021. These two together have helped me be fitter along with a lot of mental clarity and energy. I have also been focusing on my financial health since 2018 (invest first, don’t buy crap, live below your means). Thank you, I have bigger goals for 2022 ;)
