I feel as though this is some of the most effective coaching sessions I've seen you do. You were informative, you were supportive, you were empathetic, and you effectively explained the reasoning behind what you were saying. Even more importantly, you did all of that without being demeaning or rude to the player. Beautiful.

yep this session was brilliant imo. Everything, from the verbal incentive to the macro lessons and tips, I think LS tied it all very nicely and It felt to me that gbay was able to absorb a great portion of it first try due to that.

its because gbay is famous.. He never coaches people who pay him 90usd, he just makes fun of them, so this session actually being good is not suprising to me as LS can be a effective coach, he just most of the time is not.

As a long time viewer, I've watched so many of these sessions, but this one, by far, is the most in depth and helpful. The guest coach added to the session as well. I really hope you do another one just like this.

I'm so glad he did this. After watching Gbay's video discussing his retirement of the "road to masters" series, I was really puzzled. He also had mentioned in a previous video why he was against coaching. I'm really glad he came to his senses and realized that coaching isn't about getting a secret special edge against people, it's about helping someone learn things that they didn't previously know.

Ls ihas the mindset ( by him being a coach ) but he doesn't have the mechanics you can see him getting rekt in almoust all games. But if his mechanics were as good as his mindset he would shit on all high elo players. So that's where adrian comes in because he is a really skilled mechanical player.

    I made some notes:
(1:22:00) Wiggle back/forth; opponent might accidentally get too close into range
(1:23:00) Slowpush big wave, chunk trade, recall, TP, dive turret so opponent loses 20cs; PLAN THIS 40-50s in advance
(1:29:50) Prioritize picking up waves over 50/50 engages around fog of war
(1:29:00) Think about maximizing waves: can I get this wave, turret, rotate for another wave?
(1:39:00) Timebomb seige; just let team do the work while you spam laugh in their base
    14cs = 1 kill
Take auto from ranged champ to push wave in your favor (particularly with Doran's Shield)

I noticed the change you were talking about LS. Your tone is more focused. One of the past issues when you coaching was that you would provide excellent criticism, but would give excessive information, making your message unclear at best. You seem more impartial and to the point, but of course you haven't lost your humor that made you unique. Good shit.

To the taking Q first or E first, Irelia Carries U had a rule of thumb about that.
Ranged matchups = Q start (also includes Gangplank and stuff)
    Melee matchup = E start
Also, really squishy stuff that you can burst = E max sometimes, before W. But that was a while ago.

hey ls, you mentioned at one point in the video that if your team is losing then you hard shove lane but if your team is winning then you freeze lane. at what point do you decide that your team is losing/winning and so you choose to hard shove/freeze your lane? is it decided by how many lanes are winning/losing? what if 1 or two other lanes are even (assuming you're mid lane)? how do you know exactly if your team is winning or losing overall?

@LS ok i understand all this stuff but the thing i struggle with is 1: what to do if you cant kill your opponent bc he is Malphite and you cant take the turret? 2:what if the enemy bot lane is super fed? Am i Stil rotating bot? If im not rotating bc they are fed what is the game Plan then?
I hope you answer this bc this is why i cant climb. I just dont know what to do when im in these 2 scenerios.

I literally never play Camille but that W into hook shot to close the distance and land the W right before you get in for the stun is actually pretty sick.
I'm probably just never paid attention since I don't play top but I don't think I see Camille players do that often at all.

Hey LS towards the end of the game where to told him to split and not join fights I was wondering if that's the same for gnar. I play a lot of gnar and I know I need to engage when I'm mega but in this video you were telling him to farm. Also, how much are coaching sessions?

I miss old Irelia, at least you knew her capabilities and could try to play around her. Now it feels like she's either the worst champion or god tier depending on the player.

Irelia's Q reset isn't a bug, it resets if the target dies within ~0.5 sec of you Qing it.

LS, what is the most optimal amount of enemy minions to have under your tower when the enemy shoves? Because around 50 min you said to Gbay that he needs to control the amount of minions that get to his tower so Jayce doesn't have freedom.

Wicked Informative. Does anyone know, off the top of their head, if he has any videos regarding low ELO players that spam simple champions and are interested in learning the macro game? This is a great video regarding wave management but I'm sure there are even more fundamental concepts to nail down.
