    As always THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! I wanted to make a quick note that since next Thursday is a holiday I'll be posting WEDNESDAY :) See you next week with another PACKED video!

    I'll never understand why people will watch a video then feel the need to comment that the ideas are not frugal enough or healthy enough, etc. We are all adults here. Surely we can take the ideas you and others give and tailor them to our needs.

    • @flourishingmiranda
      @flourishingmiranda  2 роки тому +21

      Oh Leslie you are so right!! Unfortunately that’s not how the internet works. If you don’t add 100 disclaimers you’d be amazed at the comments!! Thanks for being a person who gets it - adults should indeed be able to make these decisions for themselves but I’ve given up since sharing on the internet 😂☺️☺️🤷🏻‍♀️

    I so appreciate how these recipes are affordable & always include veggies, while being EASY & creative. I'm always looking for ways to include vegetables without it getting too expensive, & cooking and cleaning (one pot meals!) that won't be too time consuming. These recipes are so inspirational. So glad I found your channel!

    I just love that you make a vegan lifestyle seem very doable. I’ve always been scared to try because most who share recipes use only organic or kind of weird ingredients that the rest of my family wouldn’t eat. I’m excited to start a few meatless meals! Thank you!!! 💗

    That chowder looks amazing, and even though I’m not vegan, I definitely want to try your recipe because there’s a lot of dairy in conventional chowder recipes and yours looks just DIVINE without it. Great idea to blend some of the potatoes, it makes the same old ingredients seem new as well.

    Was pausing video cos taking notes & rewinding to see what that was she chucked in there?... then crossing out cos nope that was salt not sugar ...& she SAID one tsp each baking powder & soda ...but i think i saw her put in 2 of each?? Oh Jesus this narny bread better be good. Then at end of video i see the recipe ALL BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN OUT WITH CLEAR INGREDIENTS LIST & ONLY 4 EASY STEPS! What a lesson that was! ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK FOR WRITTEN RECIPE FIRST!! ...& oh man the end shot of cooked & sliced banana bread looked HEAVENLY! So YES way worth it! Thankyou so much Miranda : )

    I don't know if you ever mentioned this so sorry if so! I don't like pumpkin at all and I get tired of banana flavored things, so what I do is roast a white sweet potato (they sell them at Winco) and blend it all together in my vitamix. If I had to use my food processor I would remove the skin. I use that as a substitute for pumpkin or banana puree.

    • @flourishingmiranda
      @flourishingmiranda  2 роки тому +2

      Yes such a great alternative! I usually mention for allergies what subs to use and that makes the list! Sweet potato is so much better than pumpkin IMO but I also like pumpkin
