@@Contentious_Point_doubt it, in Oden's flashback we see Roger already wearing his pirate's hat and gave the strawhat to Shanks when Shanks is just a kid
I agree but they introduced him waaaaaaaaaaaay too soon and shoehorned him into way too many plot points. BEST anime/manga live adaptation ever! Full segments that match the manga shot for shot. They stayed as true to the source material as they could with a live adaptation. Fights are phenomenal. Crazy this came out of Netflix.
The One Piece live action is great. The dialogue and acting is a bit clunky sometimes, but the writing is top tier and is one of the few adaptations that actually improves on the source material
yeah the casting for this show is wack! I refuse to rewatch one piece this way. Netflix couldn't resist all endless source material they can use to milk money from the gullible fans for years if need be. blatant cash grab with low quality acting.
Bro i dont think its worth it. Because they dont do the character intros right. You see the intro of mihawk in the anime is way cooler ethan in the live action
I think it's really well made and one of the best anime live action adaptations. It differs from the one piece manga as they took liberties to fit the east blue arc into a watchable season, but worked closely with Oda himself. I'd say it's definitely worth a watch.
