Hey Brian, I have the 244 as well. I have had it going g on 3 fishing seasons. I love my boat! However, I have not had the great customer support from Key West. There response is always go to your dealer. Six hours away! I would have gone with different boat if I knew about lack of customer support. I bought the boat new as well. Great boat not so good company customer support.

what and where did you buy your t bag? i have a t top like yours and cant find a tbag that fits good. looks like your ttop has the same lay out as mine. nice walk threw.
Two great questions. I forgot the floor box. Personally, If i dont have a big fish, I dont use it. But lets talk about it. I eliminated the macerator pump after replacing the impeller and it went bad again. I put a plug in it and I keep a fish bag in it. But again, only for big fish. I dont like getting on my knees everytime I get fish out. The cooler is simply easier to keep fish in. Maybe it's my age. The trolling motor is not hard to get to because the cooler is about the same height as the deck. I step on the seat and up to the deck or on the seat to the cooler to the deck. It isn't hard. Probably because there is so much deck up front. Thanks for watching!
It’s not sketchy at all. It doesn’t fly off waves or anything, it’s just hard to keep the nose digging in a large head sea. Two reasons, the boat is only 3100 pounds without motors which is good and not optimal sometimes (like a big head sea). The second is the large flair holds air and makes it difficult, even with full tab To keep the nose fully engaged. But, boats are a trade off no matter what you buy and I’ll take the head sea performance because I have never seen a dryer boat. And I have been on a lot of brands in 60 years. There is a reason I have had the boat for 8 years. Beleive me I could have doubled my money almost a year ago!
I’ve been wanting to put a trolling motor on my 2020 244, but the dealer says it’s a major undertaking on these. Did you buy yours with it or get it installed after?
I bought and installed the trolling myself. It wasn’t that hard. It just took some good old American ingenuity. I have a video explaining how I did it. Also, I would be glad to answer any questions. Shoot me an email. And thanks for watching.

Sorry I missed this. I have a 4wd F150, V8, 5.4. I wouldn’t go out of state because I’d go broke on fuel, and it is probably more suited to a F250.
And I live 3 miles from the ramp!

Why did you leave out the bow in the floor kill box and with 150 quart cooler going across the bow how do you even reach the trolling motor

So in a head sea you’re saying the boat wants to catch air? Does that get sketchy? Ever any close calls?
