Man do I feel nostalgic! Pulling into the station made my heart beat fast. I remember me and my mom pulling into that station many times years ago. There were no Black drivers at that time. Things have really changed. Sadly this station is closed now. 😔
Part of a larger strategy to integrate bus service seamlessly with other modes of transportation; Wait and see what impact the acquisition by Flix bus and the Biden infrastructure plan has on the future!
Why'd she say if Birmingham is your final destination... all destinations are final... if you didn't get to where you're going yet you are not at your destination
I have a question for you! I'm going in the greyhound bus Thursday an I wanted to bring jus a lil bit of weed with me but I'm skeptical about it I'm jus going on a 7 hour ride tho but the thing is its the next star over jus need some feed back please & thank you !
This dude got kicked off the bus on my last trip for having weed. But he rolled up in the drivers face at a restroom break lol. I always say don't risk it. You never know when they are gonna do random checks.
I am not calling you a liar but Amtrak, Greyhound, megabus all meet at a transit station owned by the city of Birmingham This is the Old Station no longer in existence...for the record Flixbus Only Sells Ticket much like Coach USA
Hi Tim I have a question. Were you on Southeastern Stages with this one? Because I think that at a certain point, even though they are Greyhound tickets, you would have to transfer buses to a Southeastern Stages bus if you're going to the South.
I Remember Having a Short Lay Over in Birmingham and only to Found out When I Got to my Final Destination in Hattiesburg, Miss That My Luggage Wasn't Even on The Damn Bus! That's Why I Don't Ride Greyhound Anymore.
Definitely. They used to assign drivers to certain zones so they were rarely too far from home and be home like you said. Nowadays, it's an open system and drivers could basically be sent anywhere they are needed.

This station is now closed. Greyhound has moved to a new transit facility by the Amtrak station.

Southeastern Stages runs from Atlanta to points east. They do not now nor have ever operated scheduled service to Birmingham.

A professional Greyhound Driver would know the time of departure for connections. Greyhound U. S. A., is behind Canada Greyhound Corp is far better.
from what i hear they sometime put drivers on routes that take them far from there base
@@jimstack8493 Right. Used to be Greyhound tried to have their drivers home at least every other night. That's out the window night.
Canada Greyhound is no more. So who is better?
