I like to build bot factory towers with three parts factories and the bot assembler on top. Each floor has small storage for each input and the output. Throw a hauling post nearby and prioritize all the things!
Time to build some observatories and get that science number up.
So glad to see you come back to timberborn, you make the best and most satisfying megaproject builds!
Remember to unmark the tree cutting area around the maple trees! Otherwise you’ll be left wondering why you’re not getting any maple syrup 😊 also I would love to see you build a multi-story beaver city. Beaver skyscraper. Giant tower full of beavers.

You should make the overflow go into the back half of the spiral, the un used section, instead of flowing off the map
Love the series, would be cool to see a series with the biggest real beaver society sometime. All natural beavers, all the time, leave the bots for the uprising!

You need the observatory to speed up the science, inventor huts takes ages
The Refinery needs water to make biofule. So if you want to maximize efficiency you should build a water tank next to them.
Some poor guy who watches you suggested beehives... watched this and felt amazing when you took his suggestion. Then in the same episode had his heart broken when Skye decided it was a bad idea.
Nah i didn't mind him taking them away. Next episode he realized that he can use the bots for farming and they don't get stung by bees. Unlocking a farm is much cheaper than the factories.
Also using the bots as haulers is good. But always make sure to have fuel storage spread out over the map.
In theory you could have the overflow from the large reservoir drain into the river, to overflow at the lower reservoir. At this point it’s just semantics, you’ve made a beautiful system
I have a bigger plan for that water .. next episode :)
why are you wasting that water and not letting the overflow fill the spiral once again?
Some bot ideas... put them in dynamite factory so your beavers don't get injured. Also, they can farm with beehives and not get stung.
you got me thinking about making a whole bot production facitlity (multiple factories, warehouses, and a bot assembler) built vertically like a sim city 2000 arcology, now that would be cool! Oh the guy beneath me said the same thing, oh well, great minds think alike i guess!

Yes, number crunchers if ironteeth only (they generally have more of the power-heavy buildings).
He can instead do observatories. Honestly, a cluster of them in the middle of his big gravity battery could look cool, or maybe around his water tower...

Should probably unlock observatories and start setting them up to generate science faster so you can start enabling bots for the many workplaces.
I wonder if its possible for bots to do the science points cause if they were, you can get more since they don't need to sleep let the AI take over hahahahaha
You could pump water from the lower reservoir up to the tower and have constant power once you have the wheels in

you can use another form of gaining science wich is way more efficient (forgot the name of the building but it is in the science part)
@SkyeStorme BTW if you didn't know you can pause and unpause a selected building/work order by pressing P on the keyboard, might make it easier for you when you need to pause/unpause large amount of work orders.
But for youtube he uses the mouse cause people can see what he does.
@@firefly2472 True it does help convey what you're doing, by using the mouse, better than using hotkeys.

I always watch all of your videos but never leave any comments so I just wanted to let you know that I love this series with all my heart, the amount of work you put into making this series and dropping new episodes every day is truly immense and I think that you're the best Timberborn CONTENT CREATOR by far. I don't always agree with all of your decisions when it comes to playing the game but god knows that I'll be back every day watching you play it because it's just so much fun. check out the observatory, great for science. You can use the same 4 inventors to get way more science, and don't forget to put maple syrup and sunflower seeds by your catalyst refinery to keep the efficiency you have on every other bot item. Loving the mega dam so far keep it up, I've learned a whole lot from you on this addicting game.
While you are waiting for the science to have your bots work the dangerous jobs, I think there are some which don't take any science - like lumberjacks and gatherers. Maybe put the bots there for now, to get some beavers free for doing science.
Skye, your bots should be assigned to bot factories first. Your beavers are getting hurt easily while working in there, not from the bees (only). The same with mines if you ever open it.
I know I am behind on videos but I normally will assign bots to hauler posts and builder huts until I have the science to put them in bot factors. After that I put them in the high hazard jobs.
I would like to see you fix helix mountain instead of diverting the water and skipping almost a full loop. Is it possible to build the levees on top of platforms?
I would also like to see some irrigation either along the aqueduct or using some of wasted water
If you unlocked farms for bots you could put the bee hives back, bees can't sting barrel bots.
put the batteries on the frame you took so long to build otherwise what's the point in building it you could have had a bigger reservoir.
What does it cost to unlock bots for the farmhouses? Cause then you can use bots for them with beehives and not worry about stings.
Instead of the spill way off the map, you should let it fill that part of the helix before it runs off the map.
I built wind mills on top of my bot factories, so they were a self contained system.

don't know if you remember but you can speed up science production with observatory. (temp) you can throw it near the windmills since i think they need power
Watching the excess water go off the map seems odd when there is a whole part of the helix empty

Two other games you might enjoy on the channel, either after this Timberborn season, or to alternate and mix things up, are Kingdoms and Castles, and then the other is Foundation. Both seem like games that would be right up your alley.
the best water system could be better if it connected to the lower reservoir too and had a constant loop that includes the spawners isn't that many more levies

The title of the video advertises a solution to my problem. Efficient mass-production of bots. I'm here complaining because the setup I have is already billions of times more efficient at least in terms of space used because I stacked everything except the refineries can't stack that. I have 4 hundred beavers spread across 3 districts on the recommended folktail 250X250 map that has a lake and canyons. My problem right now is the mass production of fuel and a sharp increase in power to expedite my bot production. I have almost a hundred bots with 3 being produced every 36 hours. In my third district I have the beavers outnumbered by bots. Your ridiculous calling this an efficient setup.
I want to watch but i have school :(😢
