Check following features before buying stroller

Plastic quality: Some strollers give feel of really cheap recycled plastic
Strength/Comfort of seat: Important for safety of baby. Some stroller have solid frame support at the back while other have just a cloth and a belt e.g. bassinet type , which dont look safe
Recliner lock should be of metal: Some people have reported lock breaking due to cheap plastic
Height of stroller: easier to put baby in n out
Height of handlebar: If you are tall then you need adjustable handlebar + your feet might also hit the wheels as you walk
Weight of stroller: You will often need to lift it
Ease of folding : important to put in car boot
Reversible handle. for 0-3 month babies we always want to look at em
Wheel type and size : Single large wheels are better
Mosquito net: Should cover seat properly with leaving gaps anywhere
What is useless but marketed:
Peek a boo window: its too small, you dont get good view of baby
Suspension: Not effective, too tough and you avoid big bumps yourself
Storage basket at bottom: Small things like bottle come in flap at the back.
Food tray: Very small and not stable
