Just a small aesthetic 'want'... I wish the lower turret tucked away in Nav mode and only pops out when switching to SCM mode, lol. I think that would be really neat!
i think its suppose to if you turn the power for the gun off similar to the c2 guns stow away if you turn the weapons off

23 minutes, tests 3 ships, spends 13 minutes before getting to the first one. don't call it what can fit if your not gonna see what things you can fit

Zeus seems like a very polished starship.

I had the same door issues when I borrowed the Zeus last night. I had to open the doors from the pilot's seat
Still wanting to know if that is an optional turret hardpoint on the ES and CL that can be purchased and installed to add the second top turret available on the MR.

It looks like the cargo hold can fit a fury in it, thats cool, but it seems the Nursa doesnt fit which is sad

They do look nice, what's their flying performance like? I remember how people were initially unhappy when the Spirit first came out.
ES has the same SCM and cruise speeds as the Redeemer, it's fairly nimble. The s4 guns have around 49 shots, and I've downed a Reclaimer in one, though it takes awhile. I've noticed an issue where damage can't be repaired, not sure if it's an issue with the ship, or if the server was dying.
That's my initial assessment of the Zeus atm.

i was hpoing for thid vid when i saw you live last night.
What fits? Eh... corpses. For one. What I find disappointing is that right now there's a deluge of "look at Zeus" video's but none of them do anything with the CL related to hauling. Does the tractor beam work? If not, just grab boxes with the multi-tool. What I find most important is how well it can do those ~110 or so SCU hauling missions.
Do not recommend for those hauling missions. You don’t have a say in what box size you get and the Zeus is complicated to load to use the full 128 SCU. Otherwise it seems x24 4 SCU and x16 2 SCU boxes works best. They found out in this stream that 8 SCU and higher is unwieldy with the tractor beam on the ship. If you are purely hand loading, x8 8 SCU,x8 4 SCU and x16 2 SCU can work.
Load the sides with 2 SCU boxes first, then load the middle two rows at a time to the ceiling and repeat down the middle until full. You’ll need to use the ladder to get back in the ship when done.
From a distance they still look like star destroyers coming down it’s awesome

After so many people have bemoaned the failings of the Mercury Star Runner and talked up the Zeus MkII, I feel a bit vindicated in defending the Mercury. I can fit bigger vehicles in the back! 😃
They are completely different ships and price ranges. Why would you compare them?
