The biggest thing is all the MNC's should give chances to both male and female, Nowadays majority of female candidates hiring are higher than male candidates... otherwise they should declare that the hiring only for female candidates.
I gave my interview on sept30th, its been 18days so raised a ticket in portal...i got a regret reply from them....those who gave your interview after completing 10-15days.. try this once it might helps you

Practice is the only key , even in the starting of my communication journey I was also bothered with the situation but I never gave up , and keep practicing And to get nervous while HR is in front of you is totally normal , but you should not show this thing to the HR , so to avoid this situation be calm, take a deep breath and a sip of water and wish the good luck to yourself .... Your motivation will be automatically high and your performance will improve for sure

But yet Didn't received any mail regarding my interview.. Is there any chances to get reschedule mail..my interview was on 15th oct.. I rised a ticket on the same day.. It's very hard or almost impossible to reschedule... I would suggest move on from here and prep for another
