I would be happy if more and more rejections happen as it gives more strength to move out of this Industry and force to start something better from start now itself than later.
Impressive lecture bt as a management professional I would like to add B sincere nd honest while answering Qsnd always be positive.B precise.Listen carefully nd then answer.B professional in approach in my opinion in brief.Good tips.👍
During interview one candidate said he had taken a break due to physical issues, nevertheless was not selected. Never site health issues when taking career break.
Diksha, 4 baaton ki ek baat. If your CV isn't awful to look at and it directly meets HR expectation, you'll be called for the interview rounds. Waise bhi operations mei jakar to rejection hota hi hai😂
Hi Diksha Ma'am, plz write down all the main points, you discuss in your video at the end so that people will have a brief of what they learned in the video. Thanks💙
i dont know why the process is like this the more you lie the more you get chances there is no value of honesty that's why there is not emotion in corporate that's why talking behind someone's back always common guys always be honest
HI Madam, I'm always rejected because of my age which is 30 . Employers ask about what is your age I say 30 then they say your age is for marriage why are you looking for fresher Job?.
A CV, or curriculum vitae, is a detailed document that includes a full history of your academic accomplishments, certificates, publications, and experience. CVs are typically longer than resumes and are required for academic positions, such as jobs as a professor or applications for a Ph.D. Resume A resume is a concise summary of your qualifications, work experience, and education history that is relevant to the job you are applying to. Resumes are typically one page long and can be used for job hunting in most industries.
Can you please guide me on how to start preparing for the generalist role as a fresher? I am 37 and only have pgdhrm in my hands.. Need serious advice from you on this...
People follow these videos and crack interviews later due to lack of skills they struggle to deliver expectations. And managers also struggle a lot to get work from them. Can’t fire or keep them 😂😂😂 meanwhile people remind people to have right skills as well
I have one question If I left Job within one year and I want to switch Job then what should be answer for... Why did you left previous Hospital as it's Super multi-speciality and you are interviewing for speciality Hospital?
Jobs are useless it sucks your personal life all these interviews are just show offs if you don't perform you are simply kicked off.. corporate life sucks
There was a lady with her 2 year old child with a career gap as well in my hcl group discussion but she had related certifications and internship certificate it seems she was also confident with whatever she presented in front of HR, actually hr was specifically more intrested in her and she was also short listed with us for nxt stage. If you have strong certification and a right reason for your gap may be you land on one.
These points however show how preped the candidate is, but also shows how fake the job market is, and how far 'only a faker' can go, esp the indian job market. In abroad, career gap is welcomed positively, so people openly say they took the break, without adding anything to show relevancy with career. Holiday and gaps should have nothing to do with career. Humans must be treated as Humans. But anyway, Indians feel proud of being a corporate majdoor, working for 10-12 hrs. Noone rebels, and thats why indian corporates are so toxic to wellbeing.
ma'am im a fresher I came across a question which is "I have one offer you can take it yourself or give it to your frnd" decision is yours how to answer this question ?
Say my friends are in different fields of work and have different kind of skill set and if they join the this job it may not be good for the company and also for my friend.
Dear mam I don't have any experience in banking but I had applied for BDO in private bank but I don't have any idea about as I fresher in banking sector and they called me for interview and short listed me.
Congratulations on being shortlisted for the BDO interview! It’s completely okay to be a fresher in the banking sector, and the fact that they have shortlisted you shows they see potential in your background and skills. To face the interview confidently, focus on transferable skills from your previous experience or education. Here are some tips: 1. Highlight Your Transferable Skills: Banking roles require strong communication, analytical abilities, customer service, and problem-solving skills. If you have experience in any of these areas from your previous work, internship, or studies, emphasize that during the interview. 2. Show Willingness to Learn: Since you are new to the banking sector, express your eagerness to learn quickly and adapt. You can mention any steps you've already taken, such as reading about the role of a BDO, studying the banking sector, or even completing some relevant courses. 3. Research the Role: Understand the responsibilities of a Business Development Officer. It's about building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate banking solutions. The more you understand the role, the more confident you’ll feel. 4. Align Your Strengths with the Role: Talk about how your strengths-like building rapport with customers, managing multiple tasks, or excelling in a fast-paced environment-make you an excellent fit for the BDO position. 5. Prepare for Common Banking Interview Questions: Be ready to answer questions like “Why banking?” or “Why do you want to be a BDO?” Tailor your response to how your skills and aspirations align with the role. Go in with a positive mindset and show how your unique skill set can contribute to the banking sector! Wishing you all the best for your interview!
