@@jakespam02 yup. Have my 6th one now and half (inc current) were cray in early years, 1 was Buddha in disguise, and the other 2 sweet souls. Love the breed.
This brings back memories. I had two amazing dogs. They were both trained for water rescue, albeit we never applied their skills in earnest, which is regrettable considering how effective they were. As well as their many positive attributes, I do recall the endless loosing battle of keeping them groomed and clean. Anyone falling in love with this video should be aware that they take a fair level of commitment, and don't smell great when wet. For any other dog that's not a big deal, but being that this breed will happily dive into any source moister (whatever the colour or quality!) you may find that they're rarely dry. If you can put up with that, you can't imagine a more wonderful breed of dog.
Memories for me too, those early days were hard but as the months go by and you have done the training, the pride you have when people stop you walking down the street is amazing. I miss my 4 every day. 26 years of the same dog breed.
Human babies have always creeped me out a little. But puppies turn me into mush. So adorable. Wish I could chase away my envy and not covet. Looks like you have a fine pair there, very self-assured and receptive.
GREAT! I HAVE 2 SILVER NEWFIES ONE WITH GREEN EYES THE OTHER WITH GRAY EYES.... PLUS A FEW MORE ......JUST LOVE THEM WE GIVE ALL DOSAQUIN CHEWS EVERY MORNING FOR THEIR JOINTS IT HELPS THEM HAVE HEALTHIER JOINTS....CHEERS!
WE HAVE BLACK AND WHITE LANDSEER, WHITE AND GRAY LANDSEER, BRONZE FEMALE, BROWN AND WHITE LANDSEER, AND THE 2 LIKE YOURS BIG BARKER BEDS, AND GENTLE GIANTS FOOD FOR ALL. AND OF COURSE DOSAQUIN EVERY MORNING THEY LINE UP FOR THEM LOL..
I have a Newfoundland puppy and he is soo chilled from the moment he got to my home, you would never know he'd lived here his whole life 🥰 I just Love him. Smart, well behaved!!
After having 1 Newf for 3 years, I can’t imagine bringing an extra one home because I couldn’t decide on one. You must be extra patient, have lots of space & have lots more 💵 than we do. But they are wonderful dogs!!
I have a brown female puppy 6 months. And a 7 year old Lanseer. Newfies are definitely the best. If you can survive the puppy stage and don't mind getting your house wrecked a little bit. You will be rewarded with a dog with the best temperament ever. They are sweet, loyal, and great with kids and other animals. I couldn't see myself without a Newfie in my life.
Sono i cani più belli del mondo senza nulla togliere a tutti i cani, ma io li adoro...bellissimi dai un bacio a loro per me!!!! Arriverà il mio newfie dopo tanti anni che li ho vissuti ora lo rivoglio!!! Cane stupendo
Such wonderful Dogs.. so very much like my Pyrenees! For big dogs they sure don’t do clumsy big dog stuff! Some of the most loving, protective dogs ever! The thing I love about both Newfoundland’s & Pyr’s is that they are also so friggin cute!!
Wonderful smart and loyal dogs. Still miss our girl. Want to be outside in the winter and down in the cellar during the summer. Lots of work brushing and grooming. Best dog you could ever get
They're so fluffy and cute!!!!! My gosh! You guys have a very furry family with grown Newfie and a GSD. Awesome. I guess you will be warm during the winter months.
So funny i just happened upon this. Ive had 5 total in my years, all but 1 are Scottish named. My mother was Scottish. 2 at a time twice now. These 2 are Dewars, and Thistle. Have fun w them😊
I got a 6 month old newfie and she uses me as a chew toy. We just got her fixed yesterday. Hopefully she stops chewing on me soon cause I got war wounds now.
Beautiful ! I never understood why black and white, chocolate and blue are allowed, but brown and white or blue and white isn't ? Because they ressemble the Saint Bernard ?
They sure are cute but I'm baffled by the non-standard color of white with grey. Was that an accidental breeding? AKC colors for confirmation are Black, Brown, Grey, and Landseer (White with Black markings).
No. The owners run a school and the kids take care of the farm. They had very nice facilities. Just a lot of dogs. Mostly all of their dogs are therapy dogs.

@@patriotnewfies please use your platform to inform people of the risks associated with dilutes and that they are not breed standards. Lots of breeders will market them as "rare" when it is simply that the breeder did not take the time to do the most basic health test. If a breeder did not test for the potential of a dilute or worse yet they bred for a dilute then they are not a reputable breeder. I would wonder if they did any health testing at all.
They are from Newfoundland, Canada. They were used for fishing and life guards. They are a special cold water dog, one of the best swimmers with a breast stroke not a dog paddle.
I want a Newfie so badly!! They are so sweet and silly, and easily have the biggest hearts of any dog breed!
Thanks for watching
Worth every cent and second spent training!
I'm officially offended on behalf of Pitt bulls
Beauties!
Dang, even the PUPPIES are super chill! Newfies don't exist for chaos, they just wanna vibe, and that's valid.
The female is starting to turn into a Velociraptor. The male is very laid back.
Tell that to my 5month old Newfie! Lol. Little chill; lotsa fiery energy
They turn into nut cases for about 2 years.

So floofy!! It’s funny to see them with blue eyes though. Our girl’s eyes were brown by the time we got her at 9 weeks.

I remember when my Ichinojo was that size...seems like his puppyhood lasted about a week 😆 Now he's one year old and 150 lbs!
The Landseer is going to be big, little Newfie so gentle. I have one of each but in black and they are so good I love them to bits.
So lovely, takes me back to getting all my wonderful Newfis. Treasured memories. Thanks for posting the video, best wishes from the U.K.

I have the same question. I’m collecting every color.
@@patriotnewfies I've never seen a blue one in Europe, I guess they are not allowed according to the Fci ? In the past they could have any colour
Mate.. They are soooooooo fucking adorable/gorgeous.. Are they siblings?
They are siblings
Do you have recommendations for heavy duty chew treats. What were they enjoying in the car? Was it an antler or hooves?
All out dogs enjoy the hooves but man can they smell bad.
Cuteness overload right here
So cute!
Thank you
I have 2 🥰thinking of a third
We now have four… our house is full

I'd love a newfoundland dog, but I know I'd never keep with all the hair!
I don’t keep up with it. I’m sure we eat a lot of it.

Yes, from the same litter and act completely different. She is a mini velociraptor. He is calm and laid back
Where did you got them? So cute. Want also like them
That came from a breeder in OH

But why two dilutes. Sadly they may have health issues down the line. Generally only backyard breeders and mills breed these colours.
I’m just now learning about the diluted gene. I had no idea.
