I’m a freshman in high school and I just finished my first season. It’s amazing to see how much xc has affected your life and It’s amazing to know that that could be me too. Thanks for the inspiration!
hey man i just wanted to thank you for everything. you're videos have made me a better runner and made me try and get a pr rverytime i ran. my fastest time is a 21 in the 5k but ik that's not good but im working
That start is pretty massive. Reminds me of the woodbridge invitational I ran that year. Started 2nd to last out of like 150 people and ended up around 80th.
Amazing running career, you have inspired so many people and when I found you about 6 months ago it motivated me to become a great runner and your influence has changed me and I hope many others. Congratulations!
Hi Tyler, remember me from the live stream?? loved the video by the way. Also is this in Indiana Shelbyville? because if so I have ran on this course and loved it.
I'm in 7th grade my season ended about a month ago but when it ended I couldn't wait for next year. I can't imagine how it would feel to know that there isn't gonna be a next time for cross country....
I love you man you inspire me so much I’ve been running 50-60 miles a week in high school my sophmore year and can’t wait to hopefully make it to state my senior year
This is sad. Its making me think that time goes by so fast. Right now im a freshman for high school, but soon enough it will be my last xc race for college. This video is making me think a lot... Edit: Now im a soph, and I cant do the season cause I am in Italy for a year, so now I only have junior and senior to get good enough for college so I can run for a longer time
I just finished my final race ever for high school XC a couple days ago (I’m a senior, been doing this for four years for Varsity girls each year so yea it was pretty darn tough lol). My advice is just appreciate each day you spend with your teammates, even when practices sucks. It really does go by fast, and even though I’m not gonna do XC in college, I’m still gonna miss it 😭 I’m officially retired from high school sports because I hate track honestly lol. Sorry if this was a lot to take in, I just remember being in your shoes when I was a freshman
I’m an eighth grader and finished my second season and last year I got a DNF for getting a 32:00 2 mile, and now I trained over the summer and now I’m at a 13:44, so I can relate to your journey
Keep it up guys, I ran cross country for the first time and ran 18:52 for my first race and for sectionals I ran a pr 17:40 which helped me make it to states. If you work hard no matter what you can kill it. Good luck
2 weeks from now: THE FUTURE!! Be ready because it’s gonna be crazy 🤯
Was this race at McAlpine in North Carolina? It looks kinda similar
@@brennankaplan8225 No, this is the shelbyville indiana course, I've ran it myself, it's a beautiful one.
@@eanpackard9673 they both look very similar and very flat. They both look beautiful
Coming Soon- Videos about inflation. lol (And I've been 5-6 since High School) Enjoy the days of college.
can't wait bro
