Just a reminder that the Third Eye is your Pineal Gland and NOT on the forehead or between the eyes. This and 99% of us have deeply encrusted pineal glands because of fluoride and calcium in tooth paste and flourine in water in most cities also a problem. I highly recommend Dr Joe Dispenza's Pineal Guided Meditations and a change of tooth paste to free your pineal gland
