    You've litteraly saved my life. I was going crazy not being able to achieve a tight sound in low tuning from very well known kemper profile. Just a bit of clarity and direct mix did the trick for me. 🙏🙏🙏

    2 years later I just want to say thanks. I have been fighting like hell with so many profiles trying to find why they were sounding so shitty(that horrible loose sizzle even with medium gain). It was the default Pure Cabinet in the output. Now if only I could turn a knob to get back all of the time spent.

      Really glad this video helped mate! Also check out the new Kemper drive, that thing will seriously tighten up your tone too!

    Nice. That tone is sick. I like a lot of cab resonance / room in the sound also. Thnks for posting!

    Super helpful man, I really want to get a Kemper after a long back and forth between it and the axe 3. Do you ever get any latency with this thing?

    • @LoudyLord
      @LoudyLord  4 роки тому +1

      Hey man, good choice it is a crazy bit of gear. And if there is any latency issues I haven’t noticed it and I’ve had it for 2 years. I’m pretty sure it’s about low latency as you can get if any.

    Hey, I was wondering if you remember which profile from the SinMIx savage pack you were using? Like which cab etc :)

    Great vid! not shure if ill go lunchbox kemper or rack version, are you happy with the rack version?

    • @LoudyLord
      @LoudyLord  5 років тому

      Thanks man! And both are great. I find for me the rack is more practical, I have my wireless in-ear system mounted on the same rack so it’s a lot more convenient and tidy. Also it means you can use a hard flight case so it’s less likely to get damaged. Only downside is there aren’t any LEDs for the bass, mid and treble knobs. But apart from that I personally prefer the rack!

    What do you suggest for getting rid of that extra low end “thump?” I’m guessing a post eq with the correct cuts and adjustments will help fix this? Or just mess with the clarity and definition a bit more?

    • @LoudyLord
      @LoudyLord  2 роки тому +1

      Low thump can be taken out by fiddling with clarity, also don’t be afraid to mess around with pick attack that can clean up your tone too if used subtly. And absolutely, if you find you’re still having trouble, use a post EQ.

    What are your "custom settings"? Mind detailing them, here?

    • @LoudyLord
      @LoudyLord  5 років тому +4

      Hi mate! Absolutely. I have Definition at 10.0, clarity at 6.6, Pick I think is at 0.2 and Direct mix at 0.2. Everything else is just tweaked to taste!

    Stock profile or paid? I have the sinmix savage pack that I been using but it's still not exactly what I want. I'm running a savage drive v3 infront and it gets it close but still not what I hear in my head

    • @LoudyLord
      @LoudyLord  3 роки тому

      It’s a paid one. Profiles usually take a bit of tweaking to get right in my opinion. The new Kemper Drives have really made it easier though.

    Do you offer any profiles we could download? you get great sounds

      Ah not yet mate, but I would love to release my own set of profiles at some point.
