If you show up to your interview without a spouse you had put on your ds260 what do they say? He is already with another woman. When I filled ds260 I was still trying to save the marriage. Applied for DV in November 2021, interview is August 2023 so you can imagine that there have been a lot of changes in these 2 years. Help!

Do this. On the first counter when submitting the proof documents, tell them to update and select spouse not immigrating. You just need to say the spouse is not willing to immigrate with you. You will be fine and it will not affect you at all.

My problem has been getting the Kenyan good conduct since the system has been down for a while now. I however have a PCC from Qatar where I’ve been living. Is producing the Qatar good conduct alone enough if I fail to get the Kenyan one before my interview appointment?

You shouldn't have added the niece. Only biological kids, stepkids or adopted kids

No, only hard copy. It is not that confidential. Nothing to worry about.

Definitely Not enough. If you will not have obtained it, you will unfortunately be put under 221g until you present it. Work hard to get it
