Get the contacts of the two embassies. First, contact Lome Togo and request them to accept your transfer request. Then call the Accra Embassy and tell them you want to transfer your case to Lome, Togo. If Lome Togo accepts the transfer, then Accra will release your case to Lome Togo.

For the interview at us embassy can I bring a birth certificate dated 4 years old and police clearance in my country that dated 4 yeard
For the bith certificate no problem with the age but for the PCC it has to be not older than 2 years
