A habit I want to change is consistently turning my phone off at least two hours before bed. Sometimes I’m really great at it and other times I’m scrolling until the minute I fall asleep. 😅 I just added all the potassium punch ingredients to my cart, so winning the LMNT would be so fabulous!
A couple of habits I'm working to implement are going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. I need a healthier sleep routine so that I can feel prepared for the day. I'm kind of doing a general overhaul of my habits this year - so, I’ll be working on finding my rhythm/routines and nourishing my mind/body/spirit so that I feel replenished every day.

5am is hard for me. I’ve done it every other week for almost a year. I found the weeks in between are good if I get up around 6am. I long for structure and peace in the morning. Same! I’ve been hypothyroid for 3 years now. I got improved numbers this year when I changed my diet, eliminated seed oils & switched to a more ancestral diet but I’m still on Synthroid medication & really want to be medication free one day!

The Lord used my daughter the other day I was very stressed out and about to yell at my son after repeatedly asking him to do something and God used her so mightily. My little 10 year old daughter came up and gave me this biggest hug and all my stress left me❤

I finally treated myself to Pique's matcha for Christmas and it is SO GOOD. I just wish I could afford it more😭 as I graduate from the NTP and transition into working for myself I hope to get a little more financially stable so I can support the habit :) but one thing I am REALLY trying to work on this year is mindless scrolling....and replacing it with alone time with God, reflection, presence, and less stimulation.

Hi. I've been spraying magnesium on my armpits instead of using deodorant. Also, I started doing skincare with castor oil, frankincense oil & jojoba (to double cleanse) my skin looks and feels nice.

Hi! Would you cover pain management in a future video? Anything from achy joints when you're sick to more chronic pain. I had a recent realization that I too have mold in my body and I have Ehlers-Danlos, which makes pain sometimes completely unbearable. It also got worse after covid and the vax (we were forced to in my country and I have been looking into how to get rid of those spikeproteins from the blood). I just started a mold detox and the pain in my knees has gone down just a smidge and that is wonderful but I still need something that works for me. CBD is all good but it's just temporary and I am looking to heal and give my body what it needs. Thank you for all the knowledge and encouragement!

A habit I was to change is my morning routine and start getting that morning sun. Mornings are hectic and even though I start work at 9 I still can't manage to make it outside.

as I graduate from the NTP and transition into working for myself I hope to get a little more financially stable so I can support the habit :)
but one thing I am REALLY trying to work on this year is mindless scrolling....and replacing it with alone time with God, reflection, presence, and less stimulation.
A goal I have is to get in the habit of getting up right before sunrise and spending time in that first morning light while spending time with the Lord.
A habit I want to change is not hitting the snooze button! Hitting snooze makes you so much more tired I just want to be up at 6 and not 6:15!

Hi. I've been spraying magnesium on my armpits instead of using deodorant. Also, I started doing skincare with castor oil, frankincense oil & jojoba (to double cleanse) my skin looks and feels nice.
I mix castor oil in Tallow cream ..its all natural

I loooove the taste of LMNT and do feel like it makes a difference. And, I'm worried about the Stevia and the high levels of Maltodextrin. What do you think about Stevia in general and is LMNT still the electrolyte that you recommend?

Not from matcha no :) I feel so calm with matcha and don’t get jitters / feel anxious like with coffee. Ooooo homemade cashew milk sounds absolutely delicious 🍵✨🤍

Hi! Would you cover pain management in a future video? Anything from achy joints when you're sick to more chronic pain. I had a recent realization that I too have mold in my body and I have Ehlers-Danlos, which makes pain sometimes completely unbearable. It also got worse after covid and the vax (we were forced to in my country and I have been looking into how to get rid of those spikeproteins from the blood). I just started a mold detox and the pain in my knees has gone down just a smidge and that is wonderful but I still need something that works for me. CBD is all good but it's just temporary and I am looking to heal and give my body what it needs. Thank you for all the knowledge and encouragement!
