- Today I'm sharing how I eat in a day for vegan weight loss, eating a whole foods plant based diet free from oils. I chose to eat whole plant foods that are higher in starch, and lower in fat to help keep me full and satisfied throughout the day. This naturally yields meals that are lower in calories, and higher in volume, allowing me to eat lots of food that fills my stomach, without restriction. I'm so excited to show you how I eat in a day so you can understand more how to lose unhealthy body fat and get healthy once and for all.

MY FAVORITE CEREAL - RIPS BIG BOWL: plantstrongfoo...
CEREAL IN THE VIDEO:
1 cup of bran flakes ( I use 356 brand from Whole Foods)
1/3 cup of Ezekiel Golden Flax
1/2 banana and strawberries for toppings
plant milk
THAI PEANUT SAUCE:
1 TBSP PB2
1 TSP Peanut butter
(Swap the PB2 and Peanut butter amounts if you want more fat in this sauce)
1 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 TSP Brown Sugar
1 TSP Rice Vinegar
2 TSP Red Curry
Dash of garlic powder (prob about 1/4 TSP)
Mix in a little water until you like the consistency

Years ago I lost about 100 pounds on a low fat diet using a lot of fruits, vegetables, and chicken and fish a couple of times per week. I stopped because all the hype of low carb was the way to go!! How foolish of me! I would top my baked potatoes with salsa and FF plain yogurt! Awesome! I think I'm going back! Great videos!
You eat a lot of what I do. Lately I've been doing a lot of vegan power bowls and vegan sushi. Stick with it health is wealth!

I absolutely love the sloppy joe lentils...I used them in my shepherds pie...layer of sloppy joe mixture, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes on the top! No oil or butter was used in the recipe! Very flavorful!

Idk what I'm doing wrong. I javent ate meat in over two weeks and I don't eat dairy. I feel bloated and flabby like I gained weight. I don't feel as tired though. Feel good mentally. I'm lost!

Do you eat pickles and applesauce? I love pickles but I know they are high in sodium. Unsweetened applesauce is just easy for me to pack for lunch at work. Are these ok? I would love to see videos on packing for work. I love the humus sandwich but would have to make it at work or else it gets soggy. I’m a teacher so I only have 25 mins to eat😞. It can be a struggle!
Can you bring left overs? I love making 2 big meals on Sunday and then eating off of it all week.

I’m struggling! I’ve been learning about a whole food plant based lifestyle about two years ago and it’s been a struggle for me to stay consistent! As a result I get really disappointed and have not lost anything but gained. I just want to be able to stick to it!
I understand this - I did the same thing for so long. Don't be down on yourself. Maybe pick a few meals to cycle through until you get the hang of eating this way. SO pick one breakfast you like, one lunch, and one dinner. Eat those all week. Then the next week pick new recipes. I did this for a while and I loved it...so did my body. Just keep the meals simple. Sure I don't see why not. Just keep an eye on the lentils. Once they are soft, it's ready. Prob 20-30 minutes I would think.

How am I just finding your videos now!! I love them!! So nice to have someone I can relate to. It’s hard trying to eat this way sometimes when you have kids you have to feed haha! Sometimes they are so picky. Luckily my husband and kids have been supportive and we have been eating this way for 3 years together. I lost 40 lbs but this past year we have been letting the eating out and easily processed foods (oil) back in and I have gained it all back! I know what I have to do, it just seems so hard. I feel like I’m always cooking and cleaning.You are helping motivate me so much! Time to get back on track and keep it simple! Thank you so much!!!!
