I'm far from listening to the entire podcast, but felt like commenting. Though my boating trajectory is a bit short of Tim's, he mentioned a name very familiar to me. The first boat I had when I was 10-11 yrs old was a Shell Lake as well. However, mine was a mid-50s 16' cedar strip fishing boat with a 7.5 horse Evinrude. In fact I was surprised to hear that Shell Lake's reach was all the way out to the Chesapeake. Congrats to Tim on his beautiful Fleming.
To my eye the open flybridge looks better but I cant fault the owner his choice if it works better for him, either way both versions are magnificent vessels. 😊
I appreciate his calm and "even keel" approach. I hope to become such a great Fleming Captain soon
First time visitor. Sometimes the algorithm gets it right. Thank you for the great post.
Great interview and indeed, a Fleming is the dream boat of many. For now we will stick in the 50' range and not a Fleming. Maybe one day.

I too am looking for condos with longer docking for sale. Where are these properties?
Nice interview. A boat tour would have been nice instead of an extended helm view. Just sayin
Thanks for watching Jeff, you can find our tour of Tim's Fleming here: ua-cam.com/video/rpfzBRuV898/v-deo.html
Owner clearly experienced. The dude with the cough not so much
Homie in the corner with Covid. Dam.
How many times did you sneeze and cough?? Dreadful!
