Your slab handles are clean and perfect for your cups. They are the first time I have seen slab handles used effectively on thrown cups. I love this comparison of multiple handle building techniques. Thank you, Lilly! ❤
I love pulling handles but my style of mug is more suited to slab handles. Using that rounded tool to get a slight curve on the slab handles - genius, thanks, I'll be doing that tomorrow. I try to cut that in and it's not always successful.
Hey Lily, very nice job. My fav is the first slab handle with the square cross section, it complements the mug shape beautifully. I'm wondering though, is it comfortable to hold? I'm wondering if the edges of the handle are not comfortable on the hand holding it.
Thanks for the handle tips Lily. I mostly pull my handles but I’m going to try the other methods too. I mostly have problems with the rims warping when I’m attaching the handles. I don’t know if it’s because the mug body is too damp or I’m mishandling them when I apply them. But no matter how careful I am typically hard of my mugs still warp. It’s frustrating 😕
Milked many a cow, and pulled many handles. They are similar, so good analogy!

I just put my first 5 handles on today so going to take them off first thing tomorrow and redo them. What an excellent tutorial. Thank you.

I just attached some handles today! Oh I wish I'd have seen this first. I will definitely need more practice. LOL

Excellent well done 👍
Great video. Thank you. You made it so clear
Thanks for the tips! I haven’t been brave enough to try and pull a handle off the pot itself. 😅
Super nice video 😊
very mindful 😉🤣
i have done one handle and that was good enough. i'd rather burn my fingers on my tea mugs than do another one.
Very demure 😭
It is exactly like milking a cow or goat.
