I live in Chesapeake Ohio and trust me my whole 23 years being here it needs some new things. More than Marshall game and bars and the Camden park. Which hasn’t been updated forever
Why not just get a sub zero fridge? Cause they are ginormous, why 3 laundry rooms? As well as a second kitchen? That’s just kinda super odd. I mean it would be understandable if it was like over the garage or a separate apartment for like a live in nanny or something
I actually was good friends with the owners well there son growing up and they had originally built the house for some of there family to move into the basement part of the house so they built the second kitchen that way they could make it feel like it was there own home
It's ridiculous to buy this house in this location of Ohio the most crooked law and people. The best location and way better homes for this price or cheaper come to Kentucky right across the river
For the price and in Chesapeake Ohio where you have to travel more than 6 hours to the beach. I’m sorry but if I’m spending that much money I’m MOVING CLOSER TO THE BEACH 😂
A lot of good memories in this house with my friend growing up never seen anything like it when I was younger I was shocked at how big it was younger

I live in proctorville, oh I can't afford a apartment rent goes 500 and up let alone this house. It's beautiful
I went through this house recently when they had the estate sale there. A major league baseball player lived there.
Nothing in Chesapeake is worth a million dollars not even half that get real
U can get double size for that in Texas

No price, no interest.
This is the kind of house that says "If you need to ask, you can't afford it." LOL
It's 1,119, 900. You could probably get it at 1,000,900, now that there's a housing crash.
