Awesome demonstration! Covers the solo and the arpeggios so well with the left hand harmony in a way that makes sense. I did at least 100 reps the way you showed it and my part for this song is better than it ever was. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing. I simply must learn this. The House of the Rising Sun, as performed by the Animals is one of my all time favourites. Can't beat it.
Please tell me, what is the name of this sound on an electric piano/synthesizer, I know it looks like an organ, but I can't find exactly this one! I will be very grateful!
Thank you perfect! I was trying to find something I could listen to just so I can tab it out for guitar to create a guitar solo from. You did it perfect man thank you!
That's Em? The original is in Am, I believe. Ha, because of my vocal range we play it in Dm. Anyway, we're working on this one, this helps a lot! Thanks!
The organ part of House of the Rising Sun always seemed very unique to me. Something about the way this instrument sounds is fascinating.
It is a work of art!
it's the combination of a Vox continental organ, and varying leslie applied.
A bit gothic
doesn't sound like a Vox. more like a generic combo organ. and it sounds like a vibrato effect more thana leslie tremolo.@@nagranoth_
Haunting
That's a sweet tone you're getting out of that keyboard 🤤
Nord Keyboards made an awesome Electro series!
that last part was always one of my favorite parts of the song, and here you played it beautifully.
Thank you!
This is exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks for share.
I heard this song maybe a million times and still love it...

Hi! Thank you! That’s how we play it in Yellow Pillow. Never had a goal to repeat it exactly how Alan Price played :-)
Sure don’t sound like a Vox Continental.
