Just a quick thing to add since it wasn't explained well in the video - the issue with moving countries isn't really financial. To immigrate, live, or work in most other countries you at minimum need some sort of work or study placement in that country, as well as the ability to speak the local language. For something long term or permanent, the job you're offered also has to be high skill and high paying. A lot of people seem to think its easy to just decide to live and work somewhere else, which just isn't really true for people outside of the EU, and to gain citizenship of another country also takes like 5-10 years of living there before being accepted.

I know this isn't my place to say but why not try to move to some small country like bulgaria or romania since they offer great electricity as so internet, rent is cheap and it's not too hard to get a visa for there, i understand that your family situation may not be the best and there are a lot more issues which im not familiar with but for those 2 countries ive mentioned i know that at least 60% of the population knows basic english and people there are so kind, I understand that moving to a big country like germany or the uk will result in a lot better living conditions but moving there is just awful considering how in the uk there has been a shortage of living spaces and the requirements to get a visa there has changed a lot since the uk left the eu, im not really sure how it is in germany but i do have a few friends there that have been mentioning how its not the best there, to the people that took time to read trough this long comment thatnk you so much, i know that moving is hard let alone moving to a country in which you have close to no information about can be mentally and physically taxing with me having to deal with pretty much the same stuff while moving from bulgaria to the uk, main reason was due to how expensive everything has gotten after the russia and ukrain, all in all i wish the best in life to you and your familly and hope that you can get everything sorted out

Would it be possible to immigrate to the US under the diversity visa and move the rest of your family in under the Family Based visa? I dont know too much about the US immigration system other than i may take a bit of time but I've heard lawyers can really help get your acceptance rate to ~90% and the us has much better renting laws, 24/7 electricity etc

@@megalunar7860 no, it still is here too. At least where I live, they keep trying to revalue my house at double the price we bought it for so that they can raise taxes despite no renovations being done to the house. In fact, the quality of the home has probably gone down a bit since there's a few holes in the walls, chipped paint, etc. They keep making a bunch of new houses, but they're so expensive to live in. Still, a lot better in comparison to what HellCastle's had to go through.

Yo, I'm also Lebanese but I moved to California 2 years ago, I fully understand the situation ur in lol we left for the exact same reasons, I literally looked up the channel to see how u were doing w the situation rn so I'm glad I heard about it.
j so that u don't feel alone rn lemme tell u moving to the US was hard for my fam and I too, we left w all of our money still in the banks in leb, I am going to uni and only my dad had a job back then. that said, moving to a western country is definitely the way to go, things may be expensive, and w the situation in Lebanon rn I'm sure it's very difficult to make appointments at the embassies, but the upside is the fact that it is a lot easier to get to financial stability in wester Europe/North America due to the fact that these countries are just more politically stable in the first place. My parents ended up both getting jobs and I'm working on campus for the time being, and when I graduate I'll def be able to help my parents more w a mechanical engineer salary.
I really hope everything goes well man lmk if there's anything I could do to help and if ever you need someone to talk to I'm more than happy to do so. inshallah kheir bro I hope everything ends up going great for u.

Hello from Egypt. I'm currently also living in a very similar situation to your , electricity has been cutting of more and more here ,terrible terrible Internet, inflation, higher cost of living, not being able to exist without getting harassed. I always knew how hard and difficult it was going to be to leave this country and this video has just affirmated all of that completely, that I'll probably never (or at least for a very long time) be able to live a life that's similar as my frinds in the EU ect life, or even have a stabe safe life somewhere where i can just be my self. And yet it has somehow reminded me of how I am not ready to leave this place and the community I've built here and my relatives and everyone I care about, and the streets I walk in ever day , my room. Someday it'll have to happen but it doesn't have to be today yet.
I cant thank you enough for making this video.
    Stay safe.

    Hey man,
universities, at least here in central europe, are usually pretty welcoming to people outside of eu, for sure apply for some scholarship/tution funding, we've got quite a few of them for non eu citizens and it should help quite a bit. Also, although psychology is really great subject, make sure to apply to something else on top of that, because psych bcs are pretty packed all over europe, usually with thousands of people applying, not saying you wouldn't get in, but just to be sure, I'd apply to something else on top of that. Probably to something like human studies, because you can easily transition from that to psychology masters/doctorates.
I wish you, form the bottom of my heart, a big good luck and hope for the best for you and your family. Stay strong brother, you got it !

The fact that some people will see this video and think to themselves that you and your family, a group of completely normal people, deserve all of this hatred and discrimination simply because of the fact you where born in the wrong place at the wrong time is an absolutely disgusting idea. You probably won't see this, but you can move to countries like Sweden, Finland, Norway, or move to Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia), since:
    1) I think immigration rules in these countries are not so strict, and you have much better chances living in there
    2) Most of these countries speak English easily, so you won't have to worry about that
    3) You/your family will be able to find a work that can hold your family in a house for all of you
Despite all of these issues you have ongoing in your life, I wish you all the best, and hope that you and your family will be better in a safer place 🙂❤️

Pretty much everywhere immigration is incredibly sensitive topic right now... Especially because Europe and America are being overrun with Middle East, African, and South American migrants. This is just another factor on why Europe's economy is so bad. He should just lay low in Lebanon for now, and apply for legal citizenship somewhere, rather than immigrating. It is 1000x easier than just uprooting your family and living as immigrants. My Sister in Law is from Lebanon, and it only took about 16 months for her to apply and be granted citizenship in America.

Honestly emigration as a whole has become a very stupid matter in Western countries, they let through refugees and illegals, but then have super complex immigration policies, it’s like they actually want to only bring in bad immigration. Meanwhile normal working migrants have to face harsh situations.
Also the current governments are so stupid, they spike inflation by printing money making economic decisions unstable, keep large wellfare programs they can’t pay, and are also the only objective measures by which you could criticize emigration, meanwhile taxes have flattened economic growth giving ridiculous unemployment statistics among young people. The worse is that the radical solution the young turn towards don’t want to solve any of this.

I don't know if I will be able to. As much as I try.. I don't think it will be possible. I want to help others and myself but I don't think that I can make a difference. Man I hope everything is getting better, I don't really know what else to say, just hoping to farm some algorithm engagement. In addition though, I love the resilience and hearing you talk about your experiences even if they seem bleak right now; I have hope. I'm in the US and I think there are a ton of universities that would take you, especially some that really strive for open admission. While they would rush to help you figure out how to pay, I know money is still significant. Beyond that, maybe there are loop holes you could use to help get your family out. I don't know how exactly, but if the housing system is so bad because of rampant loophole abuse then it has to be in other places too. Even likely in other countries, I think having a spouse in a lot of countries makes immigration a lot easier, so THEORETICALLY, you could marry someone random... or one of your friends. Well that's all I have, I hope the youtube algorithm comes in clutch and if nothing else, gets you guys more ad money.
