- Foreigner (BULE) drives from Bali to Jawa with the motorbike - That's my plan actually and I aim to finish this big roadtrip within 5 month. First I drove from South Bali (where you have the majority of all Bali tourism) to West Bali, because from there you can quickly reach the harbour and ride the ferry to Java. Furthermore I will share my first impressions of Banyuwangi in this Vlog.

wow this is great... many tourists went to java from bali nowadays.
First of all, food in east java is also spicy. In kuta, you could find "nasi tempong" banyuwangi... BUT in central java and Yogyakarta the food is tend to be sweet.
Second, if you buy any drink in indonesia like es jeruk, es markisa and any juices , they will put a lot of sugar in it. really a lot.... LoL, better you say "sedikit gula". For juices, they even mix liquid sugar and condensed milk too!

Mr, jangan lupa mampir kota Solo. Coba Ps. Klewer, Ps. Beteng (kalo beli wajib tawar/minta discont). Misal dia jual barang Rp 10.000, lalu Mr tawar Rp 7.000. Ato coba kuliner (angkringan, sate kambing Bejo, srabi notosuman, selat solo, timlo Sastro)

When did you 1st become vegetarian and why? And if I may ask how long did you smoke cigarettes and how did you manage to quit them? I’m currently struggling with the cigarette addiction
Becoming Vegetarian was a process: I ate less and less meat and I had several reasons not to eat meat anymore (now I eat meat again, but just a little bit, otherwise I wouldn't be able to try many local dishes). Quit smoking: I also had reasons, for example I started doing sports again and eating healthy. And keep smoking while doing cardio sports would kill your endurance so if I improved my endurance I was like 'come on man, smoking would make your endurance worse again. That time I also didnt hang out with friends or party so much what was also beneficial, cause no smoke around me. But in general I'm pretty conscious about my health (ok, while traveling, especially in Indonesia, I eat a lot of sh#t, but sooner or later I will go back to a more healthy lifestyle hopefully). And I also have a strong will power: If I badly want something,I will get it. Same with the smoking. And since 24 September 2018 I have never smoked again. But tbh in Indonesia it's for sure much harder to stop smoking: Every man smokes, in every warung they smoke, and probably most of your male friends will smoke as well. My advise: Find ways to not being surrounded by smokers everywhere. And find compromises with your friends as well about smoking. Do sports instead and every time u wanna smoke, drink a glass of water instead. That's your new habit then. And you definitely need reasons to stop smoking. Then the chance is high that u can stop. You can do it, brother 💪🏼

Just getting to a point where it’s taking control an I definitely need to quit . I don’t really drink at all maybe twice a year lol mainly just the 🌿 🙂 and the cigs 👈👎 but cigs ima quit
