This is common mistake that many Bible based channels make. Although, the points they make are often valid the Nephilim and fallen angels are often wrongly referred to interchangeably. But there is the correct assumption that the Nephilim would have been given the same knowledge of their fathers, the fallen angels.

Been pondering this “esoteric knowledge” and why “hidden knowledge”/occultism a) exists and why God would “withhold” knowledge from those who follow him. I realized that all the crazy spells/cards/pendulums/incantations etc paled in comparison to the power of Christ’s Love - pure love (also called “charity” in some translations.) ALL THINGS MUST FAIL BUT CHARITY (which is the PURE LOVE OF CHRIST) FAILETH NOT. In every fantasy story and fairy tale they HAVE TO tell us the truth - the power of LOVE is the ULTIMATE power. When we learn how to be a conduit for Christ’s Love in the world literally NOTHING can prevail against us - ergo the esoteric nonsense is a waste of time. And yes - there is danger in opening yourself up to spiritual energy that is not of the Holy Spirit. But more importantly, God had given us the most important weapon in his arsenal and to mess around with anything else is futile.
I have mixed feelings about this.

So the whole thing with pharmacy what if someone has type one diabities and high blood pressure or cancer who need these medications even after prayer? The irony is that God made us in His Image, we are able to display the glory of our God and in a unique way than that of any of His other creations, in fact Isaiah 43:6-7 says we were created for His glory. And we are supposed to be ruling with Jesus, as His bride (Humanity) and we receive His Holy Spirit in our Union with Him and become one body or apart of the body of Jesus, the Holy Spirit than produces good works in us.
We already were supposed to rule with our God and be connected with Him in a way deeper than other beings He created. But we must receive this wisdom and choose to have a relationship with Him our Lord. The devil tries to tell us we can have the knowledge of the Elohim without YHWH ELOHIM, and therefore tries to get us to willingly separate or divorce ourselves from the one True God, but SECRETLY and SUBTLY the Devil and the Fallen angels want to have their way with us and make us Adulterous (read Jeremiah 2:23-5:19 on the unfaithful wife Israel) and usurp the authority of YHWH Elohim and make Humans in THEIR own Image, hence the Nephilim. And they force themselves upon us (craftily albeit) and they took the women as wives and they produced Nephilim, who are made in the Image of these fallen Sons of God and not in the image of the One true Creator of All Things.

To be clear Nephilim are not angels, they are some sort of unclean mixture of spiritual and material, either the decendents of fallen angels biologically or spiritually (this has always been the debate, the book of Enoch says its biological, other Jewish and Christian traditions agree but some interpret it as spiritual descendents). Nephilim means Giant and were described as the mighty men of renown, it doesn't necessarily mean literal giants but the other nations surrounding the Jews did consider their ancestor kings as both gods/partial gods and phisical giants. Genesis here does not dispute this claim but puts it in the proper context of these ancestor kings being aligned to evil spiritual beings.

I’m with you on all this. However I find Christians trip on satans words thinking they understand the trick. Like two verses before the serpent says “you will be like God” God says “let us make man in our image and -likeness-.” The lie seems obvious, but certainly clever. Eve had to believe she already wasn’t like God. We are creatures forever and God is the uncreated alpha and omega, but I do believe the EOC has it correct in St Athenasius, “God became man that man might become god.” It’s right there in John 17. Don’t mistake this for Kenneth Copland doctrine. We are creatures but we are children of God created in His image and likeness. Christians seem to read satans word more than Gods, living in fear of the serpent rather than the fear of God.

I’ve read the Book of Enoch. I remain open to certain possibilities that are reflected in that book, yet there’s one ideology that is quite sketchy. The idea that demons had physical relations with human females kind of draws upon the conception.Mary had experienced with the Messiah. That idea makes me feel uncomfortable to embrace. I’d rather lean towards the idea that it’s symbolically reflective of these females becoming vessels for these fallen angels. Maybe it’s wrong, but that idea feels more comfortable to embrace for me.

Book of Enoch is not part of the bible. The authors of the Gospels are not one of the 12 apostles. The Gods of Old Testament (yes gods, eg Genesis has multiples & Exodus) are not the same as the holy trinity (God) of the New Testament. Old Testament God is vengeful murderous, commands genocide in Exodus and wants to be glorified and worshipped for vanity. The opposite of Jesus and the New Testament message, no evidence of a supernatural Jesus and virtually no evidence (except for one obscure reference written many years after the death of Jesus referring to his name), for a person called Jesus exists outside of the Gospels.
