It should be a pop up box when u go to priest to resurrect. Since the new update if u die in jungle or up near gal khur u can't report murders in the dark zones Or if u go criminal for any reason Or maybe it pops up on death but it's definitely hard to miss
Great video.. Couple corrections. Now you need 10 murder counts instead of 5 to go RED. Also Murder counts do countdown when offline albeit slower.
