Ah! I did not know about Te enjoying hierarchy. I bet that's a big part of why I can get along with ESTJ's really well. Once I'm accepted as an ally, they trust my insights pretty well. We both like to just listen to the smartest idea in the room.

That was a good point in the kind of 2:30 to 3:00 minute mark amount hierarchy in speaking and communication. We're not used to it in Modern English (though we used to have these heirarchies in Middle English and earlier), but probably most languages have some kind of honorifics, where both parties know exactly where they stand in the interaction.
In French there is "vous" for formal or group address, and "tu" for familiar, single address (in English we had the equivalents of "ye" and "thou", though "ye" is still used sometimes in Scotland and Ireland). In Japanese it's very specific, with regular business-like address, informal, and ultra-respectful. They even had a word for being ultra disrespectful -- kisama -- that combined the meaning of "bastard" with "you". Like saying, 'how are bastard today'? 🤣

With us TP’s, we have an uncanny ability to induce those “light bulb” moment into everyone! 😇
