As a fellow Surv enthusiast this is a great guide :D Only thing I would say is to always ES before Chakram. Since it has the delay, hitting it before chakram means you still get an amped ES off without having to spend a GCD on it within that precious 10s amp window. You can use that saved GCD on another spell like MB, KS, or 4pc bomb :D

i swear, SV missed the last 5 expansion meeteings and all the memos about button pruning :D SO much stuff to press but makes me feel like old wow again :D i still remember having to manage 5 pets in cata actively and any micro spell button, too. Edit: still messing up a lot on the opener or simply forgetting stuff but even then i do 40k dps on two dummy cleave in unenchanted 367 ilvl gear with a green auction house polearm :D
And for tier set survival and bm 4 set are both decent so i cant say for sure but i think if they both have 4 set survival will still be a bit stronger if nothing else changes

Yep that's fine to do, as long as you apply the death chakram before the explosive shot explodes, and yeah you just want to apply it before big damage like kill shot as well if you can

Survival uses quite a bit more buttons than BM it seems. Are there some abilities have lower priority and you would recommend to not keybind if not absolutely necessary? Or potentially combine some via macro? I want to start simple and maybe add the not-so-important keys later when needed.
That’s understandable. I think the pvp talents like disarm, misdirection, mending bandage arent that important compred to other stuff so you can hold off on those. There aren’t really many buttons you can macro together unfortunately but you’ll just have to take it one step at a time. The one thing you can do is make a “known” macro so when you know a certain spell the button will be explosive shot or be steel trap depending on which one you have “known”. Can do the same thing with those pvp talents like disarm mending bandage and misdirection
You will just use the spell "misdirection" on whichever friendly target you want. So either you or one of your teammates and then your pet will intervene that target. Keep in mind your pet also has to be nearby that target, so it can be a bit hard to use. So probably you only want to use it on someone when your pet is already near that teammate, including yourself. Also of course you need to be specced into the pvp talent interlope for it to do anything.

Don't quote me on it but I think spriest/srv and sub rogue/srv should be pretty good. Also can play cupid and jungle of course. Maybe even with lock/boomkin or anything thats op rn

Yeah survival is stronger by quite a bit right now

I find Survival are really fun and uniqe class,u are "melee" but u dont fight in melee :D so much more fun then bm and mm tbh :)
