How we play Collection Connection:
1. The Connection part: Connections can be made through any common trait, whether deep or superficial, shared with the album shown in the previous episode of the game. Overly-broad connections (i.e. "this album is also a motion picture soundtrack'"; "this album also came out in the 1970s"; etc.) are discouraged, because they're so lame.
2. The Collection part: We must own a copy of the album we're showing. Any officially-released physical format is valid, as long as it resides in our personal collection. (In other words: downloads, mix tapes or streaming do not qualify.)
3. We talk about the two albums we're connecting, and ask you to figure out the connection. Leave your guesses in the comments. First right answer gets a shout-out in the next video.

It will be interesting to see the “work around” they did for the vinyl version of this album is. If there is a vinyl version.

@@plasticsoundwavecult I believe the LP has the same slipcase. I checked before making my speculation that they couldn’t place text over the Basquiat image.
