i love that you and the team have made a game that is just dumb fun. dont really see much like this anymore and i think if this game came out when i was a kid, it wouldve been one of my favourites. i know theres a lot of people shitting on this game because its not the most polished, but i feel like those people have forgotten how to just have fun. games like this have a place alongside the games that take themselves more seriously and i really hope if you get the chance, youll make a sequel
@@st1734 If you over polish a Physics Based Sandbox, you wind up with a regular 3D platformer. Not as funny then, and kind of misses the point of playing as Patrick, who is the epitome of mayhem
I always run the new releases for a bit but I won't be running this game forever likewise. I do these to help grow the community and bring new people to my stream when they're still topical
Happy to do various challenges with the older SpongeBob games but I feel it's diminishing returns as far as community impact relative to my own interest in playing them long-term
