Why they demolished that house is still a puzzlement to me.
what is strange is they took the walls, window seals flooring all contents, as evidence, then had the place cleaned, after announcing they were going to tear it down, which they did, and then buried it. most crime scenes take photos, and evidence then leave the scene for the owner or family to clean,I have never heard of this, they took so much they needed a U-haul, and kept everything, yet only reported having 100 pcs. of evidence.
@@dianepick5705 If DM or BF were to testify, I think an acoustics expert able to gather evidence from the house to inform the jury of what is possible to hear and what sounds are would have been a strong witness for the defense. Without the house they can't do any acoustics testing.
It really depends on the owners of the land, having the same house usually ruins the property value, most of the value is in the land itself and the brand of murder is usually on the home. It would be cheaper to rebuild a property and recoup its current and future rental value then just let it go for nothing or have nobody willing to stay.
People want mystery and drama, the house is gone. If only people cared as much about the truth as they do conspiracies

Can you imagine how terrified the door dasher was when the police questioned them? Finding out your customer was killed the next morning?
The door dash was a female and she was questioned, she had no knowledge of anything.
@@InLieuTubedoubt it. This was planned months in advance. Entry was definitely pre-planned. If anything, the Door Dash was an unexpected, unwelcome random occurrence. Delivery person just lucky to have not personally encountered BK else he/she would have been another collateral damage, like the 2 poor kids on the lower floor who just happened to be in the passage getting their food

The way the PCA is written, the DD driver is the one who contacted the police to give them the info that he/she made a delivery to the home around 4am. I'm sure on the first day after the bodies were discovered, the DD driver was freaked out when he/she learned the address of where the murders were!

If he saw the door dash delivery and the lights were on, it seems strange that he would think that that time time was right for committing the murders. If I was planning to kill someone, I wouldnt risk walking in on a bunch of people having a hot meal together. Very strange behavior

One of the 1122 neighbors has interviewed, Inan Harsh, and he has remarked in interviews that it's the type of neighborhood where parking is so very limited that one has to drive up and down sometimes to get a parking space, stating he works as a chef and sometimes when he gets off work it's late, he just wants to park and get home and yet parking is not always available in the neighborhood.

I have seen these videos and what we see are headlights from a car, there is no definition of the car, driver, license, or clear make of car.I am not saying this could not be BK, but how do you prove in these videos that him?
Nancy brophy killed her husband and they got video of her driving near the scene... no clear plate or clear view of her. She was still convicted based on other evidence also. They paint a pretty picture, but the story doesn't add up. Dylan and her doings, the frat boys and the friends over way b4 911. Cell pings from towers all the time, even miles away. If you know about the story of the knife sheath, then you know the 1st 2 officers never saw it, then the next 1 did? And final thing, destroying a key piece of evidence b4 the trial ever begins = the house. Never been done b4, with murder mystery like this 1 and their has been many.

This wasn't usual college hijinx. Why did virtually no one at the food truck talk to them, but everyone was watching them? Why did Maddie say, "🖕🏼f-u" to Jack S? Whose white truck is that? If you want to get into the Linda Lane footage. There's a lot more suspicious happenings around that house than just a car driving through. Who grabbed the door dash? Why wasn't it eaten? That white car matches at least 3 other cars, (Ford Fiesta driven by undercovers, Chrysler 300M parked on the N side of Queen Apts., plethora of white Elantras with 1 or no degrees of separation to those directly connected to this house and its occupants) that could've been in that neighborhood at that time. It's not cut and dry. If you think it's that simple, then you must be simple. That's how gray highas f talks to people so I don't mind being a little crass. This video is garbage. It proves 0. And it certainly doesn't explain why those girls were surrounded by predators of the worst kind. Explain that, Vinny!

With this trajectory in mind of the Elantra, it is possible that the suspect didn’t know a door-dash was ordered and delivered with his turns around the block and that the room mates were still awake.
Those four kids were dead by 2:45, and everybody knows it. All that texting and door dash. Was all planned to throw off the entire murders, come on people we are all smarter than this, the door dash, I seen a man, phones texting back and fourth, it was all planned. Right down to the 8 hours waiting to call police, it all had to fit like a glove. Because they knew they could build a case around it, I must say, whoever the master.mind was , they were not too bright? But nice try. Give them a B for effort.😮
I'd say he had no idea there were that many people in the house that night and two were awake. I think he rushed the whole thing. He should have waited far longer - watched the place perhaps hours beforehand to make sure. This would have also made it harder for them to catch him had he not come into and left the neighbourhood so soon before and after the crimes. It was a dead giveaway, pardon the pun. He had to rush when he was in the house once he realised there was a dog barking and people awake. But I think he chose that night out of desperation to get it done before College ended, since thanksgiving wasn't far away. The whole thing was botched on his behalf due to a sense of urgency.

@deborahbeltz718 riding up and down is very different though than laying in waiting/being stationary because any one can come and go in that time and you wouldn't know it, if you were constantly driving around. He wasn't a complete idiot but he rushed things so that was his big f*ck up. That caused a whole lot of trouble for him and consequently got caught. His plan to get away with it failed before he even walked in the door.

They have several video from ppl, businesses cctv and traffic cams. . Including the rest of the day with him at other locations and Albertson's ect.. not available to us yet.. the trial will be presented with all of it

They have his car around the house on camera. And then his phone turning back on , on his way back home taking the long route back to his apartment. @@ItisMeMikeWas his phone off, or did it not have a signal? There are also cell tower pings in evidence that put his phone in the area when he was verifiably elsewhere. The cell tower's ping locations are accurate to about 20 miles from the tower, about the same distance from the scene to his apartment. What we don't see or haven't seen is the State used GPS locations to show he was at the scene. And on his car, the car had no evidence of a crime relating to the victims. How do you do what he is accused of and not have a trace of that crime in your car? Nor any evidence that the car was cleaned to remove evidence.

the probable cause mentions the first 3 passes beginning at 3:29 entering the area. The first pass of the elantra going behind 500 queen road is exactly the correct timing and then it does two more passes just as the probable cause document states. then on the fourth pass it actually turns around just as stated and then heads west down Queen road although it erroneously says King road. Then does a three point turn and queen and king and heads back and that exact same vehicle with exact timing is seen again behind 500 queen road and completing it's pass at around 4:08. really simple stuff that people willfully ignore to keep their story alive.@@Understandwisdom

Theres a ringcam who Saw it was a White elantra 2011-2015 model aproximately. They know Bryan was out that night in his car, theres surveillance that seees him exit his neighborhood and Enter it. In the timeframe of the murder. Because his dna is in the House they connected all the little dots.

he followed all three of the female victims on Instagram (though none of them followed him back) but he messaged Maddie on Instagram directly and she ignored his messages, he sent her several. I personally think she was the intended target, and he didn't expect for Kaylee to be in the room with her. He passed their house 12 times over the weeks prior to this attack so he knew which room was Maddie's and he went for that room first. If it wasn't Brian Kohberger who committed the murders, then his activities in the weeks leading up to them is still highly suspicious.

If you had any standards and cared about accurate reporting, you’d make sure to say it’s an unverified video of an alleged suspect vehicle. BK has not gone to trial yet. Charges against him are ALLEGATIONS, so you appropriate wording. Not using alleged when talking about a defendant should be illegal.

Wondering if Kaylee would have been aware of the light shining into Madison's bedroom window (from the suspect's vehicle), then heard the sliding glass door open and perhaps that is why she said, "There's someone here." The time for suspect to park (before exiting vehicle) and walking into the home could have been only a matter of seconds to a minute or two. Speculating...

Kaylee was sitting up in her bed. Trapped in the corner. If she was madly txting Jack D. earlier in the night, then perhaps she thought it was Jack coming to talk, or visit, or even take the dog, Murphy, who is shared by them.
I think MM was pretty drunk but I didn’t see that in Kaylee’s mannerisms. More at, desperate to connect with Jack D.
Let’s say his timeline is correct. We see the car move back and then you’ll see the car lights go off at 4:08. He didn’t needs to walk down the hill and get into the house. Let’s say that only took him one minute. Just one minute. Making 4:09 when he walked in the door. ( he was never in the house before.) but knew exactly how to get to the girls room??
He was seen by the roommate leaving at 4:17 Am. That gave him a total of eight minutes to brutally murder 4 students. Several of which were still awake and two fought back.
Either this wasn’t his first time, or he was the getaway driver. With that much blood splatter on the person there would’ve been droplets of blood outside that house somewhere. There was so much blood. It was running down the outside of the house. No one walked out of that house clean. And there is no way that there was no bloody shoe prints. There was blood everywhere.
I’m telling everyone right now something isn’t right and I think most people, including some of the parents feel it too
I think we should wait on crime scene photos to judge that, not sure if u follow true crime but there have been cases of multiple stabbings where they bleed out but it doesn’t squirt like it does in the movies… look up the selfie killer, she stabbed a guy over 30 times and even the police questioned how she walked away w so little blood on her. It was like a drop on her arm she cleaned w febreeze in her car. So there’s that.

Anyone not guilty when arrested would loudly claim their innocence. But he was calm cool and collected.
This is a very strange case with a ton of details. He may actually walk. We will see.
I watched "Crime Circus" with "drip drop" and he talks about the house being connected somewhere, via an underground. It may be why the house was demolished, to hide this "detail " of a connection, to some location on campus. In that sort of weather, it is nice to communicate underground. In Minnesota, they have a lot of these.....tunnels.....

Yup. Just like Grey said. One guy parked at 4:08 ran down the embankment into the sliding glass door. Ran up the stairs and killed two people, one of them extremely more violently than the other. Came down the stairs into the second bedroom killed two other people again one having extensive defensive wounds. The assailant left that room, passing a then frozen with fear Dylan, whose bedroom is adjacent to the decedents, and leaves out the back door again. Somehow not leaving any trail of blood or .. and made it to his car and proceeded to be leaving down the road and passing the camera on 1112 at 4:20.
Well now it all makes sense. Except for the Elantra at the Mobil station and the one seen leaving the state on 95. Or that Kohberger's Elantra showed no signs of DNA, Red or other Fluids, and more importantly no signs of being cleaned to remove such. However there was that other 2015 Elantra that was reported stolen and deliberately crashed into a pole. The reports on that vehicle stated that it had a strong odor of bleach and solvents and appeared the have been washed out.

It's all an allege belief that it was a white car. Could have been 2 or 3 different white cars driving through . Just as much as they are alleging it was the assailants car. Clear as mud and the video provides zero identification for any jury.

Lots of problems here. For one..... The defense raised the point that Law Enforcement can't even give a reason about how they decided to investigate Kohberger in the first place. It will look like they framed him. Then the elephant in the room is the 2 other roommates hanging around with their dead roommates for 8 hours before anyone called the police. What were they hiding?
You forget that one roomate never heard anything and the one who saw Kohberger did not know that murders had taken place at that time. They saw Kohberger and his "bushy eybrows" walking by and leaving but she did not know that murders had occured at that time.

LE identified SV1 as 2011-2013 Elantra (BK’s was 2015) and relied heavily on footage of a car heading the wrong way at the wrong time on Ridge Road. Defense still hasn’t been shown how they even identified it as an Elantra. It could be a Sentra or a number of other sedans.

Tunnel vision over the Touch DNA is what gives me doubts also. I think it would have been better to place BK under long term surveillance to try to build a stronger case against him as a person of interest. He was placed under very short term surveillance and I think they jumped the gun.
I have to wonder if this isn’t actually the DoorDash person? It’s so common for food delivery folks to circle a few times before finding the right place. It’s plausible that the 4th pass is the driver thinking he found the building, but then realizes he didn’t. I don’t know, just a thought! The question is did law enforcement have this particular car’s license plate and did it match Kohberger’s? If so, and this is such a slam dunk case, why all the theatrics, withholding of info, and delays?? Also, I really would like to hear the 911 tapes.
I have a friend who is a criminal lawyer (prosecutor) who has vaguely heard of this case due to how busy he is. I had two hours of his time on the weekend. I explained every bit of significant information in this case to him. His reply " well Don going only with the known evidence known by the public released by LE (which is the PCA and a few news releases done by the MPD/ISP. As of Saturday January 27, 2024 I can only envision a not guilty verdict by the jury." One question my lawyer friend made was very intriguing and startling. He said " if the prosecution believes that is BK in the car during the 4 am to 4:25 am time frame all the defense needs to do is to find CCTV camera in or around Moscow Idaho in that time frame that looks like a white Hyundai Elantra." I asked him does the camera have to be real good to prove it is BK in the car or to at least be able to identify it is a 2015 white Hyundai Elantra? His reply " hard to prove from the footage on Linda Lane Queen/ King Road that the car is a white Hyundai Elantra or even having BK inside the car so the CCTV footage of a car that looks like it could be a white Hyundai Elantra driving around any place other than the crime area at 4 am to 4:20 am is sufficient to prove he was not at the crime area." hmmmm very crafty and thought provoking of him.
LE messed this up, the dna is "contact dna" the car footage is different from Bks car, the cell data is not as good asthey are saying. The medical BK had 2 days later and probably not finally, no evidence was ever found in his car, home, or on his person.
Of course he would have to be found not guilty at this time. The prosecution hasn’t even presented their evidence yet 😂

I believe he was kind of going faster and didn't make that upper corner, rather he pulled in front of #52 to turn around because it was winter weather. That parking lot is an ice skating rink when it's icy out. Many don't make that upper corner and have to turn around. Going a bit faster to gain momentum perhaps then realized he wouldn't make it? So he decide to stop and turn around. I live in Moscow and work for the owner of the apts he's videoed driving thru. There is not any other way to get in and out than that..... And if you can't make that upper hill.... You must turn around. Otherwise you'll slide into the apts. Just had that happen this winter.

You cannot definitely tell its BKs car on the Linda Lane footage. It could have been the unmarked police car as seen on the Bandfield Road footage patrolling in the area. To say every white car is BKs is absurd, especially since they were looking for a different year of the Elantra.

He says he did an overlay of an Elantra but Moscow PD also recently (at that time)had purchased electric vehicles that are white as well. I can't find any info online about the PD cars but did see body cam footage with one in the video.
Those PD cars are/were tiny hatchbacks.
Small correction - he shows us what someone driving around the area around 4am did, no evidence at this point that it was the killers car or even that they were killed in that timeframe.

It’s understandable how the address could be hard to find since it’s questionable whether it’s King or Queen.
