@@HT-Physio just ordered one as I have problems with sleeping and my right shoulder, using crutches doesn't help. I find your videos absolutely invaluable and they’ve helped me enormously with various injuries over the years. However, one thing I’m finding as I get older, (I’m 63), is that despite my general good mobility and fitness, I am finding my ability to look behind me when driving, walking or cycling is decreasing, posing a risk of not seeing dangers. If you’re looking for ideas for new videos, I’d love to see some recommended exercises to improve my upper body rotation as I’m sure I’m not alone with this issue. Keep up the great work!
Hi, new to your channel. I am 55 and find it helpful. Stiff neck? Oh boy yes! Ive been to many physios over the years, and tbh ive not had many that were good. You know exactly where people experience difficultirs and it helps. Im fairly active , exercise regularly. I'm fortunate to have a best friend who is a personal trainer & footballer. Shown him your videos & he agrees they can help as well. 😊
After having slept on this idea of a new shaped pillow, I watched this video again. I should give it a try. Just to sleep more comfortably to be more refreshed in the morning.
Hey MR Harlow! Could you please make a video how to fix a tilted right sided hip/pelvic? It is definitely affecting and pinching my spine radiating up my back and down my back I can’t even sleep on my right side (done an ultrasound and it’s not the kidneys or liver)😊
That pillow looks perfect, just ordered it. I’m a back sleeper, propped up a bit because of gastric reflux, and for years I’ve used a small neck pillow to properly position my head and neck. As a result I seldom have neck pain. Looks like this pillow should be able to replace all that. Thanks for the recommendation!
I don't normally buy anything as goofy looking as the Zamat pillow from a youtuber. There are just too much "As seen on TV" type crap out there. But your advice on just about everything has helped me immensely so I gave it a try. I have a lot of trouble laying my head back on the examining chair or table at the doctor or dentist. I always have to ask for a small pillow which they don't always have so I have to rest my head on my arm. I went to the dentist today after a week sleeping on my back with the Zamat pillow, and had little trouble resting my head back with no support. I've also gained some additional mobility in all directions of my neck and head. I should add that I have never been comfortable for long sleeping on my back, but I try to only sleep on my back with the Zamat pillow. I'm not sleeping that way all night, but I fall asleep on my back and generally wake up that way with the Zamat pillow. I'm completely sold on it. it's not inexpensive as pillows go, but so far it has been worth it for the added neck mobility. I'm curious to see what results in the longer run.
Huh. I may have to look into that. I sleep on my side and have to use my hand to relieve the pain on my ear from lying on it. This of course causes my hand to go numb from sleeping on it.
Can this also happen in the lower back & hips? I have a lot of arthritis in the spine and my muscles cramp, and I can't handle move. And the pain is bad.
Ok will . I have a posterior tendon ruptured of rights ankle. Dx by MRI. Don't want surgery. At first couldn't stand on my Rt toes. Stiff in the morning. What other tx can I do. And lower back pain around the hip area.
Lower cervical and thoracic deep extensors are weak causing causing the levator scap, posterior scalene and splenius muscles to take over posture. Fix it or forever have issues
Will - I am working on posture this year and I have a neck hump - at least phase 2 - would this pillow be helpful ? I am working to sleep without a pillow - what are you thoughts?
I really like these videos, Will. They have been incredibly helpful, and neck stiffness is an area I've dealt with for years. Thank you.
Always happy to help!

Thanks for the valuable information 👍
Perfect timing! I just got a stiff neck this morning, probably a result of jolts received while snowboarding yesterday.
Wishing you all the best

Excellent video 😊
Thank you!
Thanks for all the information. Cant wait to try 😢the pillow.😂😊
What do you think of the Japanese buckwheat hull pillows? To me, they kind of make sense because you can mold them to any shape you want.
Huh. I may have to look into that. I sleep on my side and have to use my hand to relieve the pain on my ear from lying on it. This of course causes my hand to go numb from sleeping on it.
