Totally depends on the reason for the infraction. Was the dude drawing on his card with markers or punching small holes that were able to be felt through sleeves or something? Or did he have a scuffed as fuck card that someone sharked him on as being marked? Just saying he got banned for marked cards really doesn’t give anyone any useful information to pass judgement, but I suspect people aren’t concerned with the reason because people like to feel morally superior even if it’s over something as dumb as a card game.

Funny story I played againts simon round 8, got a deck check round 9 and judges found one of my sleeves broken and got a game loss For context I also got a deck check in round 7 and everything was good, that might just be a coincidence but it probably costed me the YCS
Met Simon into the venue and outside the venue, he was one of the kindest person there, he even showed his full list with me and a group of friends at the end of round 7, explaining every choice he made Only love for this guy

yea ngl deck profiles are hard to follow, especially at the beggining when i started playing finding out what those cards are was pretty hard and sadly combo tutorials in the deckprofiles are often just missing

Some even said he continue to scam people with slow playing and not a good player based on their own YCS experience. So idk. The community just completely lost trust from him. And still want him to get ban even nowadays. Kinda sounds crazy to me.
