Quality work! We just bought a Pacifica for camping but the complication is that we will have bicycles on a hitch rack. I am trying to figure something out with sliding drawers that come out the sides.
I have no idea as to why this isn't the most popular conversion channel online. The methodical details to your work supersedes 99% of the crud I see online. The work aside, your designs are phenomenal. I have a 74 E100/ flat six, that I restored with my boys, and have really been wanting to do a conversion for weekend camping. Eventually I'll do a 4x4 conversion, and it'd be one of the neater campers on the road. For the life of my I'm incapable of drawing up a design to sleep my kids and I. I'm a capable craftsman, but have no imagination for design. Would your shop be willing to sketch up some designs? I'd obviously be purchasing the design. Is there a website you can be contacted at? Im located in Wa State, so if I'd be required to drive down to the Portland area I'd be willing to do so. UA-cam has deleted my response 3x times now ...
Thomas, thank you so much for the kind and inspiration! We are definitely able to help you out with the design and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your epic project. Check out our new website at www.remoteadventuredesign.com and/or email us at info@remoteadventuredesign.com and we can see what is possible!! Cheers
Unfortunately the drawer is only accessible from the rear of the van when the door is open. As this is more for road-tripping and park hopping the need to have access to the drawer storage wasn't critical for the client. Thanks for the good question!!
I too want this build out I have a Chrysler Voyager which has the same floor plan as the Pacifica. If they don’t please tell me. But mine is the lower end not as many gadgets as the Pacifica. Floor space is the same.
