- If your anything like me you probably have always wondered what it would be like to taste a A5 waygu with all that beautiful marbling. And if it’s all that good and is worth 10 times more than a regular walmart steak.

For Tri-Tip it is. Difference between a $20 tri-tip & a $40 Wagyu is worth every penny!

A5 Wagyu is fun for special occasions, and I like to get a couple different steaks to compare. Such as Japanese NY strip versus Australian. So tasty👍😊
Agree, very much a special occasion and family experience. I definitely going to try different wagyu beef this year to compare.
I'd love to try the A5, but a Prime caveman is pretty darn good.

A5 is an experience but I cannot enjoy a whole steak of A5. Gimme a good prime over A5 for the everyday steak.
Now once in a while I’ll take an A5 for the family to all share 👌.
I agree it was an incredible experience but only on special occasion.
A couple of issues with this testing. First off, you seared the choice steak in wagu fat, which could enhance the taste. You should cook both on a clean surface in order to avoid this.
Second, if you blind test, you should give the person at least 2-3 bites of each steak in a random order. This way you can verify that the judgment is consistent.

Your forgetting the best part / the Waygu is reverse gentrified with the cholesterol is reversed the Waygu has more good cholesterol then the other
