I do have a P 53 defect and I have MTHFR C677T. I have six other major methylation defects that I compensate for nutritionally and I am doing bio resonance about once or twice a week. From ChatGPT: Currently, there are no over-the-counter supplements specifically designed to block glutamine uptake or metabolism. Research has identified certain compounds that inhibit glutamine utilization, such as 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON) and its prodrug JHU-083, which have shown potential in slowing tumor growth by targeting glutamine metabolism. However, these compounds are still under investigation and are not available as commercial supplements. Some natural substances have been suggested to influence glutamine metabolism. For example, green tea contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which may inhibit enzymes involved in glutamine utilization. Additionally, ashwagandha and pepper seeds have been mentioned in discussions about glutamine metabolism. However, the evidence supporting their effectiveness in blocking glutamine uptake is limited and not well-established. It’s important to note that glutamine is a vital amino acid necessary for various bodily functions, including immune response and intestinal health. Any attempt to alter its metabolism should be approached with caution and under medical supervision. If you’re considering interventions related to glutamine metabolism, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to understand the potential risks and benefits.
I am not certain about taurine, ALA or loguls iodine. I have not seen anything about them in regards to glutamine specifically. Glycine would not make since since it is synergistic with glutamine and cysteine to build glutathione. However, IF I see anything, I will report it here!

A couple of things. I have recurring prostate cancer. I am already taking green tea, berberine, curcumin and ursolic acid as well as mebendazole and ivermectin. They seem to inhibit glutamine in different ways. Is it possible to overdo the amount of the glutamine inhibitors? I'm doing this with everything else I have learned such as sun exposure, strength training and cardio, low carb diet, medicinal mushrooms etc. I am 76 and sometimes I wonder if I am trying to do too many things at the same time. I had surgery three years ago and trying to avoid radiation and androgen deprivation therapy.
Thank you for this excellent question. The answer is likely yes. The entire reason for the press pulse concept is the fact that glutamine should not be inhibited continuously using drugs like DON. The question is how does that apply to natural inhibitors like curcumin or EGCG or berberine. People can generally be on them for years without obvious negative effects and many beneficial effects. Unfortunately there is a lot of grey area in that regard.

But in the case of Warburg metabolism being a bad thing and huge opportunity for cancer, I feel pretty strongly that I am at least over the target. If I didn’t feel that way, I would be spending so much time making these videos haha, essentially for free.
I understand that we should not take all these medicines in continuity for a long duration but if we'll stop taking them then don't you think cancer will relapse.... Whether we stop it or continue for long time, we're going to land up in the same situation. So this basically proves that one can just prolong his/her life . There's no cure.@@DrCaseyPeavler
Try fenbendazole this time Or artemisinin...they have different mechanism of action than mbz ... I believe your cancer has mutated and will now respond only to aggressive chemo and radiotherapy. So better you talk with your oncologist.

Ivermectin , please .
It’s coming. I am trying to make it through the critical glucose and glutamine agents first.
I am helping my mom (77 yo) with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. FenBen 444 daily for 3 months, recently started Ivermectin, berberine, & resveratrol and I see little to no improvement. The neck tumor continues to grow after 2 rounds of chemo with rituximab and these supplements. What would you try if it were you?
Are you familiar with Dr Seyfried metabolic therapy?
@@stanleyyu2079 yes, I’m trying to use his protocol along with the supplements mentioned by Dr. Peavler. She also does 150 mg melatonin, curcumin & RSO daily. Am I missing something?
She drinks milk daily, trying to keep weight on, so she is never fully in ketosis.
@@georgie.sFenben by Merck? No problem digesting fat? Fenben is not water soluble. It should be taken with fatty meal.
How about multi vitamins including vitamin B's, D, K2, E, A?
@@stanleyyu2079 fenbendazol by Fenben Lab, always with meat. Vitamin D3 with K2. Occasionally vitamin E. No B’s or A.
@@georgie.sMilk might not be a good idea. Because it contains lactose which gets broken down into glucose.
To make up for calorie deficit, eat extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, avocado oil.
Suggest you investigate if there is any newer reserach on Laetril. Would be interesting if the mechanism of action has been described.

I am reaching back and I think the proposed mechanism was the cyanide inside the kernels. But if there is any new information, I would like to find it, and present it!
