I have a 2021 p90x primary and 140 ft lb feels way too tight. I’m scared to break the bolt in the crank.

@@Hunterworks yea I agree that’s what Polaris recommends for their specs
@@black_sheep_offroad I know, I just do not do it is all but if they say it, then do it you will need our clutch holder to do it

Do you happen to know the torque specs on the secondary clutch? 2015 Polaris 900s
I believe 55ft lbs
@@Hunterworks Do you recommend loctite? My belt was slipping and when I took the housing off I noticed that bolt was loose. I called myself tightening the best I could last August when I replaced my belt.
@@mikemcgee6810 blue is fine but that typically means the secondary is turning on the shaft maybe

@@mikemcgee6810 Just dig into it and see but we have better clutch options for it

@@Hunterworks Thanks, I may look into your kit for my 21 XPT. Only thing I did not like when I purchased from you before is that you only shipped USPS. Where I live USPS is not reliable.
@@JohnSmith-fh2th we use all shippers. Small items like rollers go usps. Most go fedex 2 day big heavy go ups. You can request another on a small item if needed.
