Had an idea how they worked, but your video lecture confirmed it. Very good presentation. I don't do anything extreme to require clutch kit but am ordering a belt. Thanks
Love the info. I have a very similar mindset when it comes to analogies and comparisons and I get everything you lay down in all your videos very well. I appreciate you guys and what you do for the market.
I threw some 30s on my kodiak 700. Boy oh boy, i have to hand it to the original cvt maker cus she's still popping wheelies to this day. Finally, I ordered a clutch kit yesterday. Hopefully, it'll make it stop feeling like im torturing the belt.
It is not so much about harming those, it is about harming the belt and clutches more so, my rule of thumb is do not go above 2" more than stock without considering regearing
Hey sir! Very informative, i just bought a new 24 polaris scrambler S and was wondering could i get a clutch kit to make it more punchy sort of the way the renegade feels?
Great Video, do you offer a clutch kit from your guys that would work good for a 2016 Polaris RZR 900s with a tire size of 30 " tall ? .....i just ordered your belt and your round rollers for the clutch and came across this video and now im thinking i should do as youve advised. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and making us Polaris owners happy with great service from Hunterworks👍
he looks has nothing to do with it. It doesn’t come in to play till the round 8 to 10 miles an hour when the secondary clutch starts opening, all of that is in the primary.
Some are good, but if you put larger tires, live in high elevation or sand ride you need to recalibrate your clutch to match what they did. However here and there they just do a very bad job with the factory set ups
That is kinda accurate, if they got it right the first time and they do example the General but only with stock tires. Change to larger tires, use in high elevation or sand duning then the kit is needed on it too.

How big of tires can you run on a stock 2019 Polaris XP 1000 without harming the transmission or motor?

@@Hunterworksso 32s would need regearing? What about 32s with a stiffer secondary spring to start out?
@@ballzdeep1017 What vehicle? BTW, better to discuss this in email todd@hunterworks.com
@Hunterworks I just sent a email.
@@ballzdeep1017 Not sure I saw it, if I didn't answer I didn't get it

We do not test or offer a kit for any polar is ATV. and have not ridden one nor a renegade to test against. Sorry

We do the dalton kit it is on the 2016-newer 900 RZR page
Do you carry parts for 3010 Kawasaki mule?
Great video.
Thank you
I have a 2016 rzr s 1000 it’s stock with 27s and I would to go to 29s think it would need to have a clutch kit
If you ride faster, then yes
Generals, RZR 900S have jerky take offs. Factory Helix’s have to steep of an angle at the beginning of shift

Why arent you in the kawasaki market?
Time mostly, just can't get to them as Polaris and Can am keeps us busy as heck and can't get done with them
I don't why manufacturers just don't make their clutches work well from the factory 😒 and do aftermarket clutch kits void warranties?
Some are good, but if you put larger tires, live in high elevation or sand ride you need to recalibrate your clutch to match what they did. However here and there they just do a very bad job with the factory set ups
If the products that manufacturers sell would be properly calibrated you would not need after market expensive products

I can barely hear you with volume to 100.
sounds normal on all my computers, sorry.
