Great move and wow you got some nice old saws there. Hit me up when you want to get rid of them. I like to rebuilt old saws. Cant throw them away. Even like the hunt for new old stock parts for them, adds to the excitement of getting them running again.

If I still lived in Santa Cruz, I would hit you up for one of those old saws. My Poulan is a poor representation of what they used to be. Doesn't like to run after warmed up & shut off. It was never good. But I've resurrected it twice now (once after a saw shop condemned it.) Cylinders & pistons are cheap & not hard to replace.
@@jeffschroeder9089 that is what I use them for. Got a couple of stripped down saws that have saved me a lot of money. Have you ever done a new cylinder and piston change out? Sometimes it is worth it but a bad carb or ignition system can still frustrate you.
@@arboristBlairGlenn Heck yes I am! I was eyeing up that full wrap 066 I seen in the video lol. If you're looking to sell any of them, would there be a way to get in touch?

What a great guy giving people a place to stay as they got their feet back underneath them. Truly a paragon of the community.
@@shadogiant life is short and I have been truly blessed. Giving back is not hard
Good move. Nice collection of saws that has made you plenty of money. Jorge is a great guy and you are blessed to have him.

One thing that's for sure: Blair has good taste.
@@jamesmilligan7804 you talking about my wife? Agreed👍🏻😁
Cool collection of old saws! 👍🏼
But, now what?
Nice office space. Looks a lot more comfortable. You could always send a few of them dead saws down to Tennessee.
Hey Bud I’m a Tennessee guy as well . And I agree , except I’ve used predominantly husky’s for most of my woodworking career.
Also a good saw. Because I have a graveyard of Stihl, I have parts
Just bought my first husky a 545 mk2. But I mainly have stihl. Actually trying to rebuild an 028 I just got also.
Move while you got the energy! Love seeing the old Poulans
I think I have owned at least a hundred of the old 25DA’s they were a good saw but never got more than a year out of them with daily use.
Luck!
That's a good plan, moving your office into your cabin. Saving money is a good thing 😊
That is a lot of chainsaws.
@@ldqa2737 it’s coming along but a LOT of work
Good luck! I bet it’s kind of emotional leaving an office of 15 years.
2 years ago we left our shop on the highway of ten years.
Yes it was. I built that space on a friends property and ended up paying him rent. Over time, he kept raising the rent and I felt cheated.
@@arboristBlairGlenn I’m in a similar situation now. I keep offering to buy the land. I don’t want to do too many improvements until I own it.
Luck is wished! Straight to your door step.

Ran Poulans for 20 years before switching.
Nice! Ebay the old saws you don't need anymore!

Good luck with your move I bet you’ve found stuff that has been missing for years Good savings $2k per month 👍👍👍👍
Very nostalgic for sure. Old jobs that I forgot about. Memories. So vast. 51 years of my life!
Moving STINKS! Rent a dumpster and make your peace with a lot of your little office treasures.
Using the tree truck to make some dump runs. Scaling down
I’ll buy any 200ts you got laying around
@@jeffschroeder9089 do you rebuild them?
@@arboristBlairGlenn if there in good enough shape I’ll send them off to get built, or just use em for parts

So hard to throw hold things away. Time to down size. Good luck in all the moving.
Working on it!
Couple of grand a month in rent sounds crazy to me.
Cheap in California
