My insurance did similar to me, SE TX. Dropped me before I had a chance to respond. I pulled 3 cars from them immediately. Next house insurance forced me to reroof, $20k. It's time to call our representatives and force them to actually help!
Blair have you heard of clarity marketing? I know a lot of tree companies going to this type of insurance claim billing. Jobs we would have charged $10 or $12K are being billed at $35K due to “emergency minimums.” Sometimes they charge a minimum of 8 hours for any emergency work. I wonder if the insurance companies are feeling the raised prices and becoming more picky about trees near houses.
ive been getting these insurance calls to, for a few people ive acually recomended firing there insuance company, the trees were not dangerous and had plenty of clearance, and just cutting them anywere to make some insurance company who does not know about tree health or tree hazards happy is crazy. im in massachussetts
@@AndrewAntonelli-dj4qt this job had another potential full tree failure as it was growing on a creek bank that was not too stable so the weight reduction may help the tree. Hard to know for sure but the clients are sleeping better.
The last portion of the video on your consultation is extremely valuable. Thank you for including it here.
@@David-dq6zl sometimes I mix up topics but all related to tree care
Very unfortunate the neighbor graded so severely as to ultimately killed the trees.

Sad situation
That was a really good video. We're dealing with 10 fires in our state right now. No rain for quite a while.
@@dankotos61 I too live in a serious fire zone.

Sounds like a racket
Is sycamore a good option for flooring? I know you are involved in woodworking in addition to your tree work.
If you cut it thin, then yes. Wide boards twist. Not the best choice but it would work. It is pretty wood
